Absolutely rude! This employee named Jennifer watched me looking up and down the aisle, made eye contact with me and never once asked if I needed help finding what is was looking for. Then when I paid she rang me up, ripped the receipt off the register, handed it to me like I was interrupting her day and NEVER said another word. No thank you, no have a good day, NOTHING! Never going back!

I got these same bearing caps at a trailer store next door for $ 5.75 a pair out the door. TSC sucks and now they're price gouging

Probably the rudest cashier yet. Short, dark hair. Could not reach thru the counter to scan my feed sacks. Walked around and tore off the label and told me that in the future I was to do this and hand them to her. When I said I did not know this the response was...it's kinda a courtesy thing, ya know? There was more regarding rewards and tax exemption. All of it done badly. Good plan insulting customers in front of others. I made a choice to today. I could have gone to Rural King.

The store is trying to sell ripped open bags of dog food with tape over it to unsuspecting customers with no discount or warning marked on the bag. I didn't notice until I paid and went to pick up the bag to leave, I asked to switch it out but they ONLY had ripped bags in the store. Super disgusting they are selling this, who knows what contaminated the bag, even if it's just moisture that's a 1 way ticket to mold. The staff was unconcerned with this situation. I'm switching my dogs food over this. We had been loyal to 4health for the first 7 years of my dogs life. Livingston Feed and Seed and Family Farm and Home has much better products and service, highly recommend making those your go to farm and pet supply places instead if you are in the howell area. I only came to tsc for dog food anymore but now I won't be coming at all 🤷♀️

Had a wonderful experience. Had to get a batterybfor my RV and wasn't sure what exactly I needed. Andrew E helped me find the right battery and carried it out to my car for me (those things are heavy!). He went over the return policy with me and was very polite the whole time. Definitely will shop here again.

Howell location has a smaller selection of dog collars and toys, but a good selection of the food and treats. Overall I love going to TCS, this one i generally go to when I'm searching different stores for something specific; style and size of coat or shirt or dog treat toy.
