Rental process was quick and easy. Due to their mask policy I will avoid this location in the future. Very uncomfortable office experience. If one person requires the general public to wear masks, they should not be working in a public office that serves them.

Mike was great getting the rental truck set up for me even though I had to postpone more than once! The guys I hired to load and unload were gentlemen. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend them. They are military men movers out of Lansing.

I Use U-Haul all the time and have never had a problem until cedar closet. The person running the dust did not Seem to want to do his job and wanted me to do all the uploading of documents for him. He then got upset when I told him that the other U-Haul dealers Automatically do this and never seem to have a problem
Van rentals are plentiful, don’t use this guy

I will never ever rent another trailer from this place because they try to force you to wear a mask, even if you have health conditions that by federal law say you do not have to wear a mask! The service representative at the counter was already wearing a mask which protects him from everything! But he wants to enforce his tyrannical rules on the rest of us and I will not have that; and will be passing this notation off to proper health channels.
Plus he's got a mean cocky attitude that needs to be readjusted or he needs to be reprimanded for it! I'm actually thinking about FOIAing the camera conversation/interaction

Reserved a UHAUL online. when we went to get it we found out that no one is allowed to step in their office without a mask on their face. This is March 2025. I have allergies and am not wearing a mask. uhaul Reservations should’ve notified us that masks were required at the Cedar Closet UHAUL. We are headed to town to rent one there instead.

The phone call alone, was enough to not want to do business with this guy, just on how he handled trying to verify tow vehicle was sufficient to haul an auto transport. Just unbelievable.

Delusional owner/manager. Made me and my 7yr old daughter wear a mask to enter the building to get my rental. Very hostile and aggressive

The man who owns and operates the uhaul portion of this location is incredibly rude and completely unhinged. I will NEVER do business with this establishment again.

Well not sure where to start. Walked in some Rude man told me to put on a mask. Said no I’m not doing that. That is when the yelling started. This guy elevator does not go all the way up. Threatening to have me arrested for I have no idea him being a moron I guessGo somewhere else this dude is lost and a sheep!!!
