Worse UPS delivery in our 44 years living in Hamburg Township! Packages left on side of road, which got stolen. The driver won't put packages on porch if there's a little bit of snow, which we always clear. I tell businesses to use other delivery other than UPS now. We used to have such excellent drivers. Not anymore!

The Worst Delivery Service Of MankindFirst of all, you do not have air conditioning in your vehicles, so your employees are passing out from heat exhaustion. I know someone who works here and you cut this person's hours just as this person was moving up in the company.Verizon promised me two days to get my package. I tracked the order, and now it says the package is expected by Tuesday, March 28th. A five-day wait for something I expected to have by 8:00 PM EST in two days!I signed up for the MyChoice Membership in order to maybe pay to have my package delivered faster. Not only is this not an option, but it does not even show it as a delivery to my address when it is shown as a delivery to the same exact address on the tracking number as my current address. Oh, wait, there is not a place to even put my current address!It is a mystery how FedEx is not more popular than UPS. UPS is horrible to both their customers and their employees!

Can't get through to talk to anybody so tell your drivers to take packages to the porch and not leave them by the edge of the road on a decorative bench in the landscaping.

Wish there was a better way for us to get our delivery since it's 21+ signature. We used tk get notices of the package now we don't. We keep missing the driver with work schedules.

Extremely horrible customer service. I had a package placed on hold for pickup from this facility, and recieved a call saying it was ready and I could pick it up between 6pm - 8pm today. I drive all the way there to be told the package is in the front of a truck and nobody wanted to sift through everything to find it. Now I have a piece of temperature-sensitive technology sitting in a hot truck outside over the 4th of July weekend with no real answer to when it will be available for pickup and no one was willing to work with me at all after paying the fee for hold and pickup. Hopefully UPS has a solid insurance policy.

Missed my home delivery. Wasn't told I would have to sign. Never had to pick up here before. Let me tell you.. first the employees are very kind and very helpful. It was so hot in there and they were all hustling. I've worked in a factory in the summer before. Its rough. And I'm truly impressed. Thank you!!!!

What a complete lie on the search results for a UPS customer center. It is definitely not that rather then a distribution center. You cannot drop off packages like the website suggests. Complete waste of time.

COMPLETE INCOMPENTANCE, LACK OF COMMUINCATION, AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I requested a pick up for today and no one ever came. I call this location to find a way to get my packages out today and I was instructed to take them to Wixom. I guess it's on me for assuming there would be some level of communication between hub locations, but upon arriving at this location around 6:45pm I was greeted with a locked door and after knocking on the door, management explained that their Air had already left even though their website said last Air drop off was 7:30pm. I just feel they treated me as a fool passing me off to the next person like it wasn’t their problem. Round trip one hour of driving, missing a Christmas family dinner in 2020 priceless.

This location is so helpful! I missed a delivery and because of weird shipping restrictions put on the package by the sender, I was unable to select to pick up the package at the hub location, meaning it had to be redelivered. When I called to inquire about the process and what I could do to help myself in the situation, the lady that answered the phone not only gave me instructions, but also called the driver to get an ETA for me and pass along the message to make sure he rang our doorbell, because we're in a town home where we don't hear someone knocking on the door.
