My buddy and I went to Florida for spring break, we r big bass fisherman so we sent down our rods through ups. We got down there and 6 of them were broken. All in the same spot. The tap on the tube was taken off so someone opened them and I assume that’s when they all broke. Each rod was atleast $100 that my friend and I worked very hard to pay for with our own money completely. We called ups and talked to many people and they denied our claim over and over and won’t pay for any of it. Very upsetting and I will never use UPS again.
