Staff is always nice. When I stopped by but this last time (9/9) the clerk was above and beyond helpful. Unfortunately I did not get her name and I don't see it on the receipt. She was so patient and kind. Wish I could use her name to recognize her. She is an absolute asset to UPS!

The young lady working on 7/10/25 at 8am was a HUGE help. Super polite and friendly. My dumb self put an ups package in a usps courtesy drop box lol, and didn’t realize it until later. I called and she quickly got it and scanned it in! Huge lifesaver!! Thank you!

I went into the UPS Store to return an Amazon package. An employee called out, “Next Amazon return,” and the young lady in front of me kindly said I could go ahead since she was shipping something else. I stepped up as instructed—only to be abruptly and rudely yelled at for not being next in line.
I calmly explained that I was following the employee’s own instructions and that the customer ahead of me had given me the go-ahead. Still, I was met with unnecessary attitude and no apology.
There’s absolutely no reason for customers to be spoken to that way, especially when they’re simply doing what was asked. Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I won’t be returning to this location.

I'm at this particular location nearly once a week and I have always been treated kindly and quickly. Someone greets me as soon as I walk in. Everyone seems to know what they are doing. One noticeable thing for me is I have rarely ever seen an employee on his or her phone. Instead, they always appear to be working hard for their customers. Makes running errands so much nicer :)
