WHAT A RIP- OFF. HORRIBLE CAR WASH! The regular wash is 8 dollars will get your car basically sprayed with soap and water. Absolutely no brushes come down to get the front, top, or back of your car. Actually watched the top brushes through my sun roof as they pulled up out of the way and hung there not moving (and no, they were not broken because they worked on the car on front of me, who purchased a more expensive wash) Side brushes barely touch. Doesn't even look like my car had been washed. Left soap streaks and dirt everywhere.

I’ve had prior bad experiences here before, but really wanted a car wash today. I paid $15 for the wash and gave a five dollar cash tip. The wash broke down twice during my visit. It broke down just as I entered the undercarriage and the rinse area. My car ended up having pre-soak and or soap on it when it was finished. None of the spin cleaners were working and the dryer didn’t turn back on so my car looked horrible. I’m hoping for a refund, I guess I’ll wait to see if they reply to my message

The WORST gas station. I have been there twice in the last month and their pumps haven’t been working or it’s cash only. Get it together for the sake of your other customers because I know I for sure will not be back again.

Every moring i go in to the store there are 3 people. Only 1 will help at the counter. The middle eastern guy will not help or be courteous to customers. This issue needs to be fixed

I feel like every time I come here now, there's new people. The guys yall had originally about a year ago were awesome, tip or not, they got it done right! I feel like the turnover yall have now is just plummeting. I pay $15 for a wash and end up with dried dirt all over, marked windows, like I didn't even have it washed at all. Mind yall I ALWAYS pay a $10 tip at least. I'll do my own self wash from now on.

I stopped by to sign up for the Monthly Deluxe Wash Club and was told that the employees do not know how to sign people up and I would have to come back on a Saturday when the owner was on the premises. Considering today is Sunday that is a long wait. If you are advertising a service you need to teach your employees how to provide that service or at least note on your advertisement that you can only sign up on certain days. Very disappointed.
