Went in to see about trading in my phone because my iPhone 13 Pro Max had been very laggy and just not working right anymore. Rich was very nice and kind and easy to work with about figuring out how much a new phone would cost, they really made it quick (well as quick as a phone transfer can go) all around good experience and super nice people
