The people are friendly and helpful. The store is always in good condition
My original review was from 5 years ago. This store seems to have really gone downhill since. There is a serious lack of employees here. Only 2 u-scans open. Long lines to use them. No bags at the bagging area of the u-scan and a couple of people working at the bank doing nothing but watching the customers. Where were the employees at? Also the door was broken to leave the store. This store is also getting pretty dirty. I used to like shopping here. Now it is just inconvenient.

Absolutely ridiculous 630 on a Wednesday night only two registers open and they use scans so not only am I working for you, but I have to stand in a long ass line to do it absolutely ridiculous higher some cashiers

Good store for a quick run in and grab. Definitely more pricey than Meijer or Kroger. Good quality but not better than Meijer.

This is a great grocery store on "the other side of Howell". Meat and produce looked very nice with a good selection. Folks were lined up at the bakery and the cashier was super friendly. Great place!

This is the last time that l EVER buy fuel from the Howell location. The woman working at your gas station on the morning of 11/3 has a terrible demeaning attitude. This isn’t the first time that she has treated me this way. And l have been nothing but kind to her. You should really pay attention to how your employees treat your customers.

A little more $$, but their vegetables a lot fresher then any walmart as their meat, and love their single pie/cakes

I have had the unfortunate experience of being waited on by the lady working the service counter the morning of 5/30/24 on multiple occasions. Each time I have had to deal with her she has been unpleasant the point of being rude. Most of the other staff are great but it only takes one person to lose business.

VG's is OK! It seems their prices are a little more, and their sales aren't as good as the bigger stores!

Go anywhere else… higher prices, slower service…. I just waited in line for 10 minutes behind one single person at the self checkout line. I ended up putting my stuff down and leaving and going somewhere else.
