“Shout out to Mary!! I’m not a shopper, and always seem to wear clothes that are too big for me. I randomly stopped in on a weekend, and was struggling in the dressing room. That’s where I met Mary! She was an absolute gem. She nelped size me and was honest with what looked good and what didn’t. She even gave me a much needed hug at the end of my visit.
I will definitely be back, all because of the positive experience and encounter with Mary.

“First of all we got there in this store it was storming out so we were like running in LOL. And right away the sales people we're very nice when we came in. So we shopped me and my mom and I wanted to try on some clothes so the fitting room attendant was very nice I have a disability so she was very nice and attentive and she was also offering to other guests the opportunity to go get other sizes so that you don't have to come out of the fitting room and I thought that was very nice and then the cashier she was very nice as well and cashing us out and making sure everything was to our liking gave the proper discounts everything so I had a very nice experience in this store in the Tanger outlets”

“AC helped us. His customer service was above and beyond! He worked diligently, calling multiple locations to locate a briefcase for us, all while cheerfully handling the busy demands of the store. Never once did he show frustration. He followed up the next day to let me know they found the item and would ship it to our house. We would visit this location again to see AC!”
“Talk about Customer Service! I was frantically trying to locate a parka for my daughter in law for the holidays. I called three stores to see if they stocked the coat, and two said they were sure they were out of stock. When I called the Tangerine Outlet Factory Store, the clerk, who was cashiering at the time of the call, asked if I'd hold while she finished with a customer. Two minutes later she got back on, physically went out in the store to check the size of the one coat they had, and while it wasn't the size I needed, offer to help me locate one. She gave me the number of several stores that had more inventory of that model coat, and told me to call back if I didn't find it in the correct size. I found one at the California store, who offered to hold it, but wouldn't take my credit card over the phone since they couldn't verify my identity. So first thing the next day I drove to the Howell store, presented my ID and credit card, and they tried to reach the store in CA to have it shipped. Due to time zone differences, they were unable to reach the store, but they offered to try finding it by calling other locations. After several calls by two different clerks, they located the coat in Beaver Creek Ohio, and helped me order it to be delivered to my home. They even negotiated free shipping! The coat arrived in less than 24 hours! Cudos to the helpful employees of your Howell store, you've made a customer for life!”
“Decided to stop in since we were driving my Howell. Luckily it was one of the few stores without a line outside to get inside. Definitely smaller than a normal WHBM, but it worked. I found a cute knitted silver top with capped sleeves, white and powder pink sweater or cardigan with their signature silver buttons and a nice mid sleeve slim fitted lavender shirt. They at least had the dressing rooms open to try in items. Returns back in 60 days, that's not bad.”

“I was driving in the parking lot and looked through the door and saw the white sweater with an American flag on it that I wanted since the Olympics but didn't want to pay a high price for it but it was 40% off. I am not as buggy about this year like I was in the Bicentennial because of 47 and his enablers, but loved this sweater. I like this store since they have a good selection of larger sizes and plenty of styles to choose from. I wanted to try it which is easy here. That is where I saw a sleep shirt for $7.99. I decided to look for a more cropped zip up hoodie that fit better than the 2 I kept when I had to downsize to fit into a senior apartment. I found a cute one that fit great which was 40% off. Near it was a Snoopy sweatshirt that would go with my main purse that was 50% off.
The service was friendly and efficient. With the sales, I got all 4 for $121 which is what I would have paid for that flag sweater in the other retailer store.
I will be back next week if I am still here.”

“Was in on 13-May-22 late afternoon and was greeted with a smile and welcome greeting I started looking for a pair of jeans a very nice young lady helped me find what I was looking for and showed me dressing room. I ened up with two pair of jeans. Great service. ? ??”
