“First of all we got there in this store it was storming out so we were like running in LOL. And right away the sales people we're very nice when we came in. So we shopped me and my mom and I wanted to try on some clothes so the fitting room attendant was very nice I have a disability so she was very nice and attentive and she was also offering to other guests the opportunity to go get other sizes so that you don't have to come out of the fitting room and I thought that was very nice and then the cashier she was very nice as well and cashing us out and making sure everything was to our liking gave the proper discounts everything so I had a very nice experience in this store in the Tanger outlets”
“The customer service at this location is A+, Tiffany not only assisted me while I shopped, she went above and beyond to take care of my needs after my purchase was the wrong size. I contacted the store, she was friendly and helpful. I live out of state and resolved my problem like I standing right in front of her. 5 stars is not enough for the outstanding customer service.”

“Its been a while since I've been out and about to shop for myself, and usually I feel a bit selfish in doing so.. for some reason, ?
Still, yesterday I decided to be spontaneous and browse for a few vests for myself, just as an alternative to my normal outerwear.
Columbia is a brand I enjoy and I had shopped at this particular store before and yesterday I had such a great fondness I wanted to share. ?
I walked in and was instantly greeted by a more then happy employee by the game of George, who not only showed me that yes they did in fact sell the item I was looking for, but made sure indeed I found the right one I'd enjoy..
Thank you George for making me feel appreciated and comfortable in buying for myself.”
“Went there yesterday to get some school clothes and shoes for my kid. It's clean and personnel had masks on which was good considering they are serving clientele that are not eligible to be vaccinated yet. Fitting rooms were clean and the line went fast. I'm glad I can always find sales here.”
“Decided to stop in since we were driving my Howell. Luckily it was one of the few stores without a line outside to get inside. Definitely smaller than a normal WHBM, but it worked. I found a cute knitted silver top with capped sleeves, white and powder pink sweater or cardigan with their signature silver buttons and a nice mid sleeve slim fitted lavender shirt. They at least had the dressing rooms open to try in items. Returns back in 60 days, that's not bad.”

“I had the pleasure of shopping again at the Nike store in the Kensington outlet mall in Howell, Michigan. The service has always been so wonderful when I’ve gone there, and this time was no exception. I may pay just a little more for shoes at Nike, but it is worth it to me to feel as though the employees were happy to assist us. A young man named Byron helped me with shoes I was buying for my grandson. I will be shopping there again because of people like the managers I spoke to and associates like Byron. Thanks so much.”
“AC helped us. His customer service was above and beyond! He worked diligently, calling multiple locations to locate a briefcase for us, all while cheerfully handling the busy demands of the store. Never once did he show frustration. He followed up the next day to let me know they found the item and would ship it to our house. We would visit this location again to see AC!”
“I had to do one of the worst things a clothes and shoe horse had to do, downsize to move to a senior apartment. Along with my edema problem, I needed to get wide fit shoes. While they don't have all the styles that is on the website, the selection is good and mostly they have your size. Clerks will climb up a ladder to get them or go in the back to look. They are friendly but don't hover as some shoe store help tend to do. While the prices are not as good as they were before those tariffs that are really stupid to us who have a deep understanding of real economics, they are fair and the second pair is half price. I found 2 pairs that I wanted. When I paid, the boxes was put in a reusable drawer string bag.
I try to stop each yearly trip to Lansing for a board meeting. If I am still here next year I will be back.”

“Really cool. Came here for a return and saved money. I got my partner some crocs online, but they didn't fit. We came here to exchange them and saved $10 apparently. The store is very spacious and I loved the displays. Very cute store. I've never seen so many different types of crocs.”
