He's around all rude. Not professional.
And because he don't like/or dont know how told be around rottweilers, he treated my dog, my daughter & myself with disrespect. He kept over talking me by yelling at me. Told me my 103.2po. Rottweiler don't need a muzzel (that I requested on the phone when I made the appointment), that I needed to calm down & bear hug my dog while he examines. Also grabbed my hand roughly while yelling at me "that I'm not doing it right!" He also told me since he didn't see that my dog had mange (bc he wasn't seen by him for it) that it wasn't mange & had to be fleas...yet no sign of fleas...then gives me steroids for allergies, which when I asked "why" (bc it was his guess) (he never did anything but look at him) he responded with "Bc it will help!"
After telling me that if I'm not calm, my dog won't be calm when he gives the shots, I told him no I'm leaving. Charged $124.57 for an examination, bio disposal (the shots he didn't end up using & steroids.
Left there & went to the vet down the road...Sherri Bowers...$98 for examination, 2 shots(requested), tag needed,flea & tick treatment && RESPECT....

Dr Taylor was awesome. We had to say good bye to our beloved kitty. They were very sympathetic with us during. They even reached out afterwards.

Great w my dogs. Very knowledgeable always answers questions in detail. Saved my Westie 2 years ago w emergency hysterectomy. Now she's 14 w diabetes and again they so helpful

I would give more stars if I could. Our regular vet wasn't able to get our cat in as quickly as he needed to be seen, so they recommended Dr. Taylor. He got us in that day, and he and his staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There were no long waiting periods once we got in, and they communicated extremely well with our regular vet. The service was very reasonably priced as well. Highly, highly, highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Taylor and co!A tip for when you go there, if you're headed south on US 127, look for the white fences. Their signage isn't super visible in that direction.

Made an appointment but didn’t go after talking with the person who answered the phone I was so upset . The person who answered the phone was extremely rude I explained I’m new to the area and my dog got bit, by another animal and she is very nervous and afraid and the guy who answered my call said well “if she is too much trouble we won’t see her”. And he was rude to me as if I was bothering him. Seriously he was so rude and to say and treat me that way. if you can treat me that way I would hate to see how you would of treated my dog. No thank you.

I was very disappointed in my visit. Dr Taylor was very disrespectful and condescending. He would cut me off and interrupted as I was talking. I would never bring my animals there again. His behavior was not professional at all and acted like I was beneath him.

Called to have my horse of 16 years, with EPM, put down, and the lady wanted to schedule me for this Friday. I requested some sort of estimate, and when she came back on the line, she stated they wouldn't do it. When I asked why,, she hung up on me! I called back THREE TIMES, asking why all of a sudden they wouldn't help me,, and EVERY TIME, they hung up on me!
