Fully staffed and ready to help. Nikki is great at helping people. Family Fare (Spartan Stores) should staff the Jenison store adequately. Family Fare has favorites. It's too bad they don't help struggling stores too.

Great Pharmacy and staff. Very on top of everything, especially with medication and active inactive ingredients that may cause serious complications that we have no idea about.Our son has an allergy to propofol, a prescription for an eye medication was sent in with the same inactive ingredient. They informed us, we asked his doctor who said not to risk it.They recently stopped compounding medication due to a state law. If you are looking for a compounding pharmacy try Keystone as they will ship to you for free and accept insurance. (Rivertown does not accept insurance)Thank you everyone at FF Pharmacy!!

I cannot express how much I appreciate Family Fare pharmacy team for their above and beyond service! Pharmacies have always confused me and I only ever had issues with my old pharmacy, that happens to be across the street from this one...hint...hint. Ever since I transferred all of my prescriptions to Family Fare Hudsonville, I haven't been met with a single issue. No one has ever made me feel like I am putting them out, everyone is always kind, helpful, and speedy. I highly recommend this pharmacy and wish there was more I could do to express my appreciation for them!

Always come here for my grandma every time we get the same lady she’s extremely rude. She’s short with black hair and has a little accent. Other than that love the others??

I called to ask the pharmacy on the cost of a medication my dog will have to take for the rest of her life and the pharmacy tech was incredibly rude. I was unsure on the exact dosage because it was the first time having to fill the prescription. My vet had called the medication in so I asked if she could look up the prescription and check for me. She gave me a snotty response telling me she could not do that for me and she can't tell me anything unless I know the dose. I told her I would be filling my prescription elsewhere. There is no need for rude customer service when you're simply asking questions when animal prescriptions are not covered by insurance.

The pharmacists here were super friendly and extremely accommodating! I called in a prescription to the other Hudsonville Family Fare, and this pharmacy was able to get me the prescription after the other had closed, as I was headed out of town early the next morning.

I've been living in the area for 30 yrs, go to FF a lot because it's all we got. The produce dept at both Hudsonville stores and Zeeland have the worse produce I've ever purchased in a store. Has been this way for several years. Every single time, I have to search through berries to find them without mold starting, lettuce lasts about 2 days max when I get it home. I'm always throwing out their produce. Why do I keep going....it's all we got in the area. Today I got my yogurt home and the large plastic container was cracked from top to bottom. The Deli at all the stores are so painfully slow, I always end up buying prepackaged. Checkout lines never have more than 2 people on a busy day, only one at night. I wish I could say something better because I really want to support the local economy, but it's hard.

Love everything about this FF except the pharmacy. I was told by Nicki when I got there that they had what I needed. They actually gave the last one to another patient (TOTALLY fine with me) but what really got me was the way they handled it. I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. So I took a seat and waited patiently for almost 15 minutes. So finally I spoke up. Nicki said "oh, you're all set...go ahead and head over to the Pick Up counter". So I walk over there and there are 3 people all looking busy. Finally someone asks if I'm being helped. I have no idea, and I say as much. A young man says he is (with a somewhat confused expression) and walks around for a few minutes. I step back and let a few more people ahead of me until I'm asked again (by Kim this time) if I'm being helped. I tell her what little I know and she speaks with Nicki, comes back and says "I'm so sorry, there was some confusion and the last one was just given away. No one really knew how to tell you". I honestly felt baffled. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. Kim offered to help call around to other pharmacies to see if they had what I needed, and gave me a $5 gift card. I appreciated the gesture but really. Please just be honest from the onset and save us all some time!
