I went into this business to see if they take Amazon returns unpackaged with a return code. (They do not) but the man working there wanted me to re-start my return and claim the item as defective to be able to print a free return label from there. This is a clear violation of Amazon's free returns policy, as the item wasn't defective. But he said, \

I recently started to drop Off my prepaid packages to this location and almostInstantly noticed issues. I weigh and measure my boxes, so I’m fully aware of the what I’mBringing in. I’ve noticed additional charges from ups bc the package sizes are Being listed as incorrect. I’m assuming there’s a way for this place to change my package info in the system, hence why ups is seeing through additional charges.I also dropped off a 1 pound 4/4” box and was charged $26 to ship. I really believe there is some shady business practices going on here and have reported it to UPS

He’s occasionally a few minutes late to open but was quite nice and waiting a few minutes for drop off never harmed anyone.

This location is listed as a ups drop off location. I had 12 boxes with prepaid labels to drop off for work. I brought the first two, and told the worker I had to grab more. I ended up having to stack the other 10 outside the door due to being unable to open to door with the boxes in my hands. The worker (who I believe is the owner) watched the entire time as I struggled with the packages. After I finally got the last two into the facility, the man approached me saying he does not get paid on pre paid drop offs and doesn't need me creating extra work for him. He informed me he needs enter the tracking number and weight for each box. He told me in the future I need to bring large drop offs elsewhere. Had he not wanted to take my packages he could have told me when I brought the first two in. Instead he watched me make 5 trips to the door and then another 5 in and out of the building. I don't need anyone to carry things for me but he could have held the door. Also maybe don't be a ups drop off location if you are going to hassle customers for dropping things off.

Wouldn't survive without GB marketing in my life. 3/4 of the stuff I sell on eBay I end up there to have them package and ship it for me at a great price.
