“Not belonging to a gym in MANY years, I was feeling a bit hesitant to join. However, this gym is close to my home. Maddie gave me the skills to workout confidently. Being an older guy, I can say she was very understanding and supportive. Knowing my goals, over the 6 sessions we saw a lot of progress together. I would recommend this gym to anyone. It is a friendly place. Patrick, Dustin, and Maddie make it that way, along with the members.”
“Good combination of machines and free weights, and never too busy to use what you want. The best part is that it's never closed. No worrying about holiday hours etc., so no excuses not to go.”

“I had only had one massage ever, so was excited to go for my second one. Yet, it was snowing and cold, and I wondered how it would go and if I would be warm enough. Lol...I had a heated bed to my preference with a warm sheet and blanket. I melted into the bed and the hour went by so fast! Raeanne was amazing and it was such a wonderful treat! I highly recommend her!”
