We had an issue with a cash deposit at their ATM. They resolved it immediately, and also credited our account. Very impressive.

So I was happy banking at Huntington Bank until I was treated unfairly, I'll explain, I sold my truck & got paid with a check " didn't know it was a bad check" so I deposit it & obviously they figured out it was indeed a bad check. The problem was how they handled the situation. They locked me out of my mobile account and closed my account & told me that they didn't want to be associated with me,, the check was paid to me, so like any other person I deposited the check waited for it to clear, I didn't try to access the funds & its not like I was writing bad checks, I'm just mind blown on how they treated me like a criminal or like if I knew it was bad check. This is ridiculous I'm not a check expert & have no way of checking if it bad other than taking it to the bank & wait for clearance, it's very humiliating & degrading to be treated like this. If anyone knows how to confirm if a check is bad other than taking it to the bank then please let me know because this was a very humiliating experience. This is insane they should be ashamed of themselves.

I regret not listening to the negative reviews. This bank is not competently operated. Expect trouble with the app and with accessing your money. Expect the staff to be hostile if you have any problems.

0 stars, countless times I have been lied to by Huntington bank many times at this location causing countless issues with having access to my money that I have deposited in a timely manner. mobile deposits take upwards of a week to deposit even though everyone here will tell you that 500$ of it should be available same day.Avoid Huntington bank if u can.

There are three Huntington Banks in Hudsonville now, this one is by far the worst. It's poorly managed, understaffed, the wait times are unreal and they don't help customers in order. I highly recommend you choose one of the other two Huntington branches in town.
