The only reason I am not giving a 1 star is because I genuinely like the owner, but the manager Jeff is a huge j**** An extremely unprofessional manager hungry for more power and hardly does his job. If you are thinking about working here run for the hills. The schedule is always a mess and to get him to do anything is pulling teeth. Within a few days he throws you on the floor with little to no training, and then is frustrated when nothing is done correctly. Do not expect him to be understanding about sudden family/personal emergencies either. Any personal work that is done for the gym can be considered "a team effort" or will be claimed as his doing. There is a huge reason why three trainers left that gym in under three months. The managment of these facilities has completely gone under. I would not recommend coming here for personal training either. The trainers do not know what they are talking about and their only concern seems to only be the amount of clients they have. "Personal" training is not meant to be a cookie cutter training program, nor is every client/trainer a perfect match. Good personal trainers recognize that and you will not find that here.

I’ve tried to put my account on hold days before I moved out of state for the season but they claimed they couldn’t do it at the building I was at now I’m over 1000 miles away getting charged for something I can’t use just doesn’t make sense

Good place for a morning workout, but do not go once subway (next door) is open or you will suffocate on the smell. Definitely good motivation to workout in the morning.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!! My wife and I recently moved to the area and thought this might be a good place to continue our fitness journey. The set up is really strange, and I can deal with that, however what I can't deal with is my wife explained to me a member was constantly staring at her. I witnessed it myself after I decided to change my workout schedule so we could be there together. I asked her to mention it to the staff. Supposedly she (staff member) talked to the guy....tonight AGAIN the same thing!! He was following her around and making her feel unsafe and really uncomfortable. She again mentioned it to the the staff member and said we want to cancel...all she got was "I am sorry I will talk to him again, we can cancel your membership if you want". Nice way to keep customers.

My wife wanted me to switch gyms to workout at this Snap with her. I was paying $10/month at my gym so she asked Snap how much to add me to her membership. They told her $15/month additional so we made the switch and I joined her gym. After 3-4 months, I happened to check our automatic withdrawals to learn that they had been withdrawing an additional $30/month, double what they quoted. When we brought it their attention they denied that they ever promised her that rate and failed to offer reimbursement. Absolutely, horrible customer service. I quit immediately and went back to my old gym.

This is my second time going there to sign up for a membership during their staffed hours (tuesday 7/24 at 4:30 pm and wednesday 7/25 at 6:20pm) and no one was present. both times a member working out came to the door to tell me no one was there because they watched me wait for 15 minutes outside of the door hoping someone would appear from behind the desk! i also called both times hoping the phone would bring someone to the front desk but no luck. therefore i will be going elsewhere, it's unfortunate because i would have been a long time guest since i live right down the road! but i will instead take my business 10 minutes away to a helpful and reliable staff during their posted hours (which are CLEARLY stated on the door)! i just wanted to share this to let people know the staff is not reliable nor putting their customers first so let down based on the reviews! gave it two stars because their members were decent enough to come and let me know no one was there! at least post it on the door that no one is available because their staff had to leave early... etc

Good combination of machines and free weights, and never too busy to use what you want. The best part is that it's never closed. No worrying about holiday hours etc., so no excuses not to go.
