Called ahead on a vehicle. Said they'd have it ready for me to look at. Get there, salesman said it would be a few minutes and head get to me, wait about 15 mins, salesman comes and apologized for the wait and also, truck was already sold and he didn't know it. Asked if another vehicle I'd be interested in. Games...I don't play them. Done.

I came in to have my traverse fixed to have a rattling fixed that should have been covered under warranty. But was told it wasnt covered because the weld was on the wrong side of the bracket. A simple google search revealed several dealerships covered this repair on both sides of the bracket. Then I was told my tow hooks needed to be replaced as well. The price I was given on the phone was only for 1 side. So I thought the repair bill was 600 dollars when I arrived and the total was 1000. So when I dropped my vehicle off I thought I wouldn't have a bill. Instead ended up paying 1000 dollars. I won't be back to this dealership and that is rather inconvenient as I live in Hudsonville.
