We made an appointment online to renew our sons’ passports. When we went in this morning, the whole process, which also included getting their photos taken, took just 20 minutes! Austin was very friendly and patient, especially with our young kids.

Never had a issue with this location . Employees here have always been professional and friendly. Been a resident of Hudsonville for a while and I don't miss Grand Rapids post offices one bit.

Come to their office on a weekday at 9am and they are closed!!! It be nice if they post on the website if they’ll be close and on their phone and why. Most of us work and have to make the time to come it to pick up their package that for their incompetence couldn’t deliver!

Hudsonville post office is literally the worst postal Service I have ever dealt with! Since I’ve moved here 9 months ago I have had multiple problems with them from misplaced mail, and packages. Also they’re the RUDEST bunch of people that work into a post office I have ever seen! When you call they tell you there’s literally nothing they can do to help you, and just hung up. They don’t deserve that 1 star.

I was treated so Rude by the gentleman at the counter then he gets the post master she tried to help and now they have lost all of my mail for the last 3 weeks I even tried mailing myself never shows up do not use the Hudsonville post office vary dis organized sloppy workers that do not care with no supervision to help solve the issue no ansawer for 3 weeks

12/28/23 - mail that was supposed to be delivered to our mail box was, once again, delivered to a wrong address. Thankfully, the person who's mailbox it was in brought mail to us.12/12/23 - Once again, this post office failed in delivering mail to our address, which has been our address for 30+ years. Mail was "Returned to Sender, Address Not Found." Makes one wonder how the Post Master General can allow this office to remain in service...???????

Lived in this are for about 11 months. I've had 3 packages misplaced and another where they left the wrong key. Worst post service carrier I've experienced. I would leave one star but they guy who runs the office is very polite.

USPS misplaced my package and delivered to the wrong place they won't even ship out the same item for free since it was first class and not priority. They have all the information but yet ask me to call IN to find if they have the package. Shouldn't USPS find it for me. Columbia City post office however on the phone was most accommodating unlike this post office.
