I’ve never had more problems just trying to open a joint checking account. The employees must not talk to each other, because we scheduled an appointment and when we arrived we were told that the employee wasn’t in that day. After sitting for more than 20 minutes they still didn’t have a solution for us. We walked out and took our business else where. Chase - please do an audit of employee productivity. You lost business due to their poor performance.

I had a great experience at this branch with Rob Kashat. He was very patient even when I had to go out to check on my truck that got hit. I had no wait for the appt I made online.

My go-to branch in southeastern Oakland County. Fast and friendly service. Just the other day, teller DeShawn proactively noticed a long-standing issue on my account and took it upon herself to help fix it.That's what I'd consider very considerate and kind service, and is part of the reason why I keep coming back to this branch when I have one that is closer to my house.

Do not go here. The teller at the drive thru stole and pocketed my $200. Gave him a deposit slip that said 18000 and he deposited 1600. When I later went back they basically called me crazy and said there was nothing they could do about it.

My wife and I came in to set up a joint checking account. Usha Ganesh helped us and was amazing the entire time. Very professional and made sure everything was set up properly before we left. Very good experience

Teller took down all information including phone number and set up an appointment to open an account. Show up appointment time and was told it's been cancelled because they couldn't contact us without a phone number. But bank teller took our phone number. Negligent already? Poor first impression for this bank.

Came in for some information about opening a credit card that I'm pre-approved for online. After being kept waiting for 10 minutes and watching all the employees leave early the front told me there was no one to help me. After I persisted she vaguely pointed to an office when I walked in the lady had no idea what was going on and wasn't wearing a mask when I asked if she could walk me through a couple things she stated everything was online and that she would have to log into her computer and seemed annoyed with my presence at that point I just decided to leave. Really disappointed in this Branch planning on moving my money elsewhere based on this terrible service you should be very disappointed treating your patrons who give you your job this way.
