The branch on Telegraph Road is convenient and the parking lot is spacious. “I have really love this bank and Chase over all. They have always been very helpful and friendly especially with some of my transactions which dealing with the amount of money I was getting in from an inheritance and buying a home which made me very anxious. This is the thing though and it is so simple but just causes having in getting to your money and that is the debit card which I have lost. The bank I dealt with before Chase I could just walk into the branch and get a new card on the spot without waiting the 5-7 days I am told on line it will take to get my new card. It did not even give me a option to pay more to get it sent expedited which I would gladly pay to get it sooner so I could get things switched over that are being automatically with drawn from my account. This card is my life line for gas groceries ect...it is disappointing that a bank this large would not have something like this. May have to rethink banks on just this situation. Sad because I am really happy with them except this one thing...”
