“A few months ago I closed out my old bank account & decided to open up a new one with citizens & I have to say I’m very impressed with the customer service & easy set up of my new account I came in a few weeks ago and made a deposit with Elise and she was very friendly :) I enjoyed speaking with her & she answered all of my questions concerning deposits, withdrawls and the ATM process. I didn’t know you could make a check deposit at the ATM now you learn something new everyday. I like this location it’s close to home and it’s very big and spacious!

“I used the ATM. The ATM had the amount of money I needed and it gave me fewer bills. The only thing I didn’t like was that you have to get out of your car to use it. Also, it was a lot of flies that surrounded the ATM.”

“Excellent Service, little wait time, professional and banking hours and location is prime. One serious feedback , there was a sign-in sheet for customers to see banking officers. Someone decided to remove the sheet resulting in chaos confusion about whose next and rude manners amongst customers who don't care about the right order. This experience is irritating but whoever decided on removing the sheet knew that they were removing order so what's the purpose???”
