Naethan is no doubt the manager and has a hometown vibe abt him and is very knowledgeable. Brandon is as well. Both are experienced with tech issues and platforms. These guys are the best.

Had an amazing experience with Matthew and Shelby getting new phones. They both helped us get new phones, delete a line and transfer another to a different account. They were both helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to help us. It was a very pleasant experience after several bad experiences at the store.

Employee added device protection without asking. From what I hear this happens often and it's usually the store management that tells their employees to do this. If you get something from this store, make sure they show you everything that you will be charged for and check your bill after you leave. When I asked what the monthly charge will be the employee dodged the question and just gave me a number, now I know why.
