The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! Disrespectful and very rude!!! Interrupts every time you try and say something. Took the laptop in that had water and milk spilled on it. It was lagging very badly. They had it for a week and said it was good to go!!!! We start it up and it still was lagging when you type, the letters would delay a good 3-5 seconds. Tried to see if they tried to fix that issue or they were just incapable. That would have been fine if they honestly can’t fix it. But the owner got REAL defensive and would not LISTEN to what we were trying to say. Would not answer any questions, kept diverting to “i spent a lot of time on it”. Just wanted to know if they noticed it when they started the laptop up after they said they supposedly fixed it. Go somewhere else where the owner is more professional and not rude. The worst experience EVER!!!!!!

Very friendly, professional and efficient. Fixed my computer in two days and cost was very reasonable. I am extremely satisfied with this company. I picked them randomly and was definitely not dissatisfied!

Posted business hours are 10:00 AM to 4:30, but I waited until 10:45 on a Tuesday for someone to show up so that I could get my work computer back.
