Jake is amazing. Told me everything we needed to switch from T-Mobile and it took just minutes to have our phones set up. There was an issue with the Apple SIM cards and my son went back and caught Jake leaving the store. He fixed them immediately in the parking lot and they are up and running. Best cell phone customer service we have ever experienced.

Very disappointed! My husband and I went to get new phones so we would have them for our Son's Wedding and they didn't have any in stock. The guy working even talked us into more expensive phones. So we were told they would order that monday right before Christmas and they would be in that week. Here we are on the 5th of January and never one call from the store about phones. The wedding has passed and I got very blurry pictures. I will be getting new phones and I will stay with Cricket but I will not go to the Lapeer or Imlay City stores. I will travel to Davison or Caro. It's his loss. Not to mention that the guy pressured us to get something we didn't want to get his commission and never called. I did my research and knew what I want.

Jake was so helpful, kind and patient with this old lady, who is a dinosaur when it comes to electronics. He didn't mind showing me some new and helpful things. So opposite of the rude women at your Hall Rd. Cricket store
