This may be the worst dealership in the State. Fraudulent advertising, lecherous employees, and with every purchase, a scam. If you're buying a car, they will sell you a lemon. If you're getting repairs, they will make your car a lemon, and charge you to fix it. These people, every last employee, is bottom of the barrel scum. Cretins in human clothing.

a day agoNEWI cannot emphasize enough how shady and fraudulent this dealership is. Like many others we were sent the monopoly sweepstake voucher where many people "won" a 60' tv, I brushed it off as a scam when I first received it until I got a call from a man name Brian telling me I had won and need to come claim my prize. Being skeptical I ask what the catch is and he replied "no catch/scam at all we have a tv waiting for you to pick up before Saturday" upon arriving to the dealership (which I drove 45 minutes to get to). I was greeted with disappointment after being hassled to trade in or buy a new vehicle and realizing there indeed was no TV but a chance to win one if my numbers aligned with the winning numbers. I would rather drive to the middle of Kentucky then ever come here to buy a vehicle if it was the last dealership in Michigan. Highly disappointed, would advice everyone to steer clear of this place for they are morally and physically repulsive.

I WILL NOT STOP doing everything I can to make sure people stay as far away from this place as possible. This tv mail in flyer is unbelievable. Anyone who is looking for a vehicle STEY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! These people are the most untrustworthy lying scammers I've ever seen. I'm going to make sure I go over and behind to let everyone know how terrible my experience was with this dealership! STAY AWAY ZERO STARS

Huge scam. Wasted my elderly grandparents time. I called ahead to ensure there was no swindling involved and was ensured there wasn't. There was no TV or ever any chance of actually winning one. Will never ever be a customer here after this.

READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU RECEIVED SOMETHING IN THE MAIL SAYING YOUVE WON A TV/$$$/ETC.So, we should know if you receive something like this in the mail. It is 99% too good to be true. And it is exactly that. The activation # you received and “matched” to the winning prize. Is not the actual prize winning number. Once you get to the dealership you will realize you didn’t win the big prize, and they’ll give you a consolation gift card or cheap headset/speaker for you coming in. Some of the reviews on here talk about being haggled and jerked around by the sales reps trying to get them to buy a car. It must depend on the person you get. The guy Tom I spoke with was cool. I was in and out in 10-15 mins. Asked if I wanted to buy a car. Said no. He ran me through the details of the “giveaway” and took down my basic info. And gave me my consolation wireless headset and I was on my way. Of course asked me to refer anybody I know to come out there or come out there myself if I’m in the market. But in summation. It’s just a sales gimmick to get you in the door to try to make a sale. It all depends on the sales rep you speak to at the place, that would determine your experience dealing with it all. Tom was cool. Somebody else may try to SELL you. Just don’t go in expecting to walk out with a TV/IPad/$30k lol. Just a sales ploy.

The most inappropriate scam advertising I've ever seen. Don't fall for the scam ads, you did not win a tv. Called beforehand to make sure was legit and was confirmed to have won a "tv worth $600". The guy goes "ok let's check the code and see what you won... hey it's a worthless gadget not the tv."On top of this I'm hearing people be flat out lied to about "rates will be dropping next year since it's an election year"... these guys are complete criminals. I'd buy a car off eBay before going back to this disgusting mob of liars.

Honestly not sure why people give low star ratings. Our salesmen Alex and Sam were both awesome at accommodating our visit to look at the STI they had for sale. Even though we couldn’t make the purchase (credit related issues on my end) they were still trying everything they can do to make the deal better and make it work. Very professional sales team and management. Definitely would visit again in the future.

I received a flier in the mail about the 30,000 Monte Carlo scratch off and I went there with my boyfriend and we wasted almost 2 hours because they were trying to hussle me in a getting a car from them and I declined there offer and I told them about my prize and they said that I didn’t win and I got a 5 dollars mini Bluetooth speaker instead. The whole thing was a scam.I would recommend no one go there and u can save your time.

If possible I would give them 0 stars. Let’s start from the beginning. I was assisted by Jeff and Brandon. I was near the end of my lease and decided after hearing those commercials for the past years to give them a chance considering they are over an hour away and not anywhere near my area. I had payments remaining on the vehicle I was trading in, the dealership knew this considering they didn’t have access to getting my payout info and I had to provide that to them. Once they received the 3 payout options for turning in a lease they picked the wrong one leaving me to pay the remaining payment that I would not learn about until 2 months later which now has a late fee. I was promised by the manager Jeff who helped with the sale and apparently no longer works there that this matter would be resolved and they would get it handled. They promised me I would have no other money owed to Ally for my previous lease. Moral of the story is they messed up even after promising to take care of it, then when I have tried to contact someone else to handle this matter no one seems to care to call me back or even try to resolve this situation. Also good to note I have dealing with this for about 8 months. Not only did they receive my business but they also leased a vehicle to my mother as well at the same time. I have tried calling to talk to someone to assist but as stated before they don’t care. I will never bring my business back let alone refer anyone to them. Terrible customer service and even worse management staff. ??

Scammy deceptive advertising flyer. I went in to claim the TV I supposedly “won” only to have high pressure sales attempt and a fake gift card as a “prize.” Completely deceptive ad/fake contest. Also completely rude and unapologetic. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Their sweepstakes is bull s**** The card makes it look like you won a TV or something similar, but then they make you match a "confirmation code" in the small fine print. The code decides whether you win or not, rather than the scratch off game. The manager has a bad attitude and treats customers poorly. If I wasn't well mannered, I probably would've called the manager a few choice words for rudely telling my dad he needs glasses when my dad pointed out it's hard to see the fine print.

AND A SCRATCHER LOTTO TICKET!

Shady a$$ shiesty people. Would never recommend in a million years. They just screwed my friend over the other day on new car then tricked me into signing something I wasn’t and it ended up being a credit disclosure which hit my credit and brought my score down significantly. The girls name is Sara, she’s not even from here and traveled from Missouri to help with their event supposedly. She told me it was to receive whatever it was they were giving away. Said they’re doing this big event because they get no clientele THIS IS WHY. Shady shady people and business. I hope this place goes out of business very soon. They took advantage of a young girl new to adulthood and ran with it. I can’t imagine all the other people they’ve taken advantage of.I’ve heard nothing but negative things about this place, I should’ve known better. So many other dealerships worth traveling to.
