George was absolutely incredible to work with! I had been to several other local dealerships all day long and was treated by far the best by him. I explained my family, work, & price range and the first car he pointed me to I fell in love with. He made the experience so great because he listened and had a great selfless attitude. I will not buy a car ever again from anyone else.

I took the car into the auto shop to get it looked over before I drove it down to Virginia for a wedding. In about 30 minutes they had found that someone patched the exhaust, sending it up towards the gas tank, which also had a hole in it. The mechanic literally told me “I’m surprised you didn’t blow up on your way in here.” My wife drove this vehicle. We hadn’t had this car 2 weeks yet before this. I called them and they had me take it from the mechanic is was already at and bring it there, just to tell me I must’ve run over something that caused the hole in the gas tank. I haven’t driven more than 3 or 4 times up to this point, and not far. Needless to say they would do nothing to help me.Now I have to drive my car with a hole in the gas tank back to the mechanic I originally had it. I’ve never seen such selfish, money hungry, arrogant people. I’ll be taking pictures of the issues and speaking to my lawyer about this. The good thing is I can prove how many miles I’ve taken it, and it’s not many.

Was not impressed with service. My wife advised that the radio/monitor/ dashboard was going in and out, and phone not connecting. And that the monitor for car gap came on while driving then the brakes came on and pulled her to the left. She was almost rear-ended by another vehicle. Pulled into eye place and truck stated parking brake was on, she hit the switch to turn off, then restarted the truck (they wrote something different on the invoice). Also, when she came in for service she advised she had our 3yr old granddaughter and if more than an hour would like a ride home. Could leave the truck there and pick up Sat. She was there for 4 hrs. She brought it in a week before this because radio and dashboard was acting up and told by the young lady there that they were having issues with the radios in the Colorado’s and had her “re-set” it by holding down the phone switch for about 30 seconds. The truck is brand new with less than 4000 miles. Hope this is not a recurring problem.

I had purchased a used 2016 trax back at the end of August. Issues started the day I drove it out of the dealership. My salesman George and the used car manager were very helpful in getting the issues resolved and fixed at no extra cost to me in a timely manner. Thank you for the great service.

The other two dealerships I call wanted me to leave my truck 48- 72 hours to replace my battery. Milners Chevrolet asked me at 11:00 if I could bring it in at 2:00. I arrived at 1:30 and was out by 3:25 with a new battery under warranty. I was very pleased by the service and the friendliness of the service people.

This was my first time buying a car and my salesman, George, was amazing. He went over every detail and answered all of my questions. He even stayed way after his shift to make sure I was able to take my car home that day. Highly recommended Milnes and George if you are in need of a car.

I've been here several times in the past. Typically decent service, but this last time was a massive waste of time. I scheduled my oil change a week prior, dropped my vehicle off, get a ride home, just to get a call that they don't have an oil filter for my car. They knew a week ahead of time I was coming in, be considerate of your customers time. Also, when I go in to pick it up they offered no explanation, no apology, literally just "here's your keys, you're all set". Don't waste your time here.

Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and most helpful in seeing that my car was taken care of in a fast and least expensive way. I am always pleased with the knowledge of the staff and feel secure knowing that my car is getting the best service possible.

Took my daughter's new trailblazer in for its first oil change and left with a loaner. They put the filter in and crossed the threads in the factory and parts had to be ordered. The Milnes team took care of the issue and ensured my daughter wouldn't have any worries. Thanks so much to everyone at Milnes in the service department.

Jim was fantastic to work with. We were buying a car after totaling another one. We were waiting on a check from the insurance company as a down payment. Jim kept the car on hold for us until we got the check. The whole experience in was great. Best prices by far. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle and a hassle free sale.

Took half day so my new truck could get alignment that you can’t do because it’s a 2024 and no one said that before I took time off work for this. Got told sorry. No try to even make up the mistake like a free oil change or anything so I’m sorry as well. It’s a one star. Lost four hours of vacation for no reason.

Went in for few services, trans flush, 4x4 service, oil change and a check engine light that popped up. Easy scheduling and drop off. Ready on time, check engine light issue covered under warranty and oil change/rotate on the house for first time customer or something. Very nice was not expecting that, truck drove great on the way home. Thanks, perfect experience.

I was in a real bind and needed to make a same day deal with a trade-in that would immediately provide some relief. Kyle Smith and the staff at Milnes really saved my bacon by going above and beyond to help me out. The folks at Milnes really are exceptional in their field and I won't stop singing their praises any time soon. Thank you, so, so much for everything.

Scheduled an appointment with Milnes Chevrolet in Imlay city for an oil change and tire rotation. I also informed them that I had a slow leak in the driver's side rear tire. After the vehicle was returned to me and I have driven home, I noticed the tire they repaired was still on the driver's side rear...so I realize that the tires were never rotated and now wonder if they even changed the oil or just reset the oil life. Definitely disappointed with that dealership.

I was very pleased with my salesman he was very professional, helpful and gave a personal touch to the buying experience. He made sure I understood everything about navigating the car, the Chevrolet app, the warranties. If I had any questions I could contact him anytime. I did the next day and he was very helpful.
