Wonderful experience! What a great team - friendly and personable! Alex Hoffman (sales) and Ali (financial manager) were so knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Most dealerships just hand u the keys, not only did they hand us the keys, but they gave us additional perks that surprised us and were much appreciated! I 100% recommend doing business with LaLonde Chrysler Dodge!

Wonderful customer service. I found a perfect truck on Lalonde’s site. They are roughly 2 hours away from me and Alex Hoffman made this purchase a breeze. He was extremely patient and informative.

Excellent salesman to work with. The dealership had an excellent selection of vehicles even though we went in knowing exactly which vehicle the wife was going to get. Great pricing and in and out very quickly.

This was our first time at LaLonde. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They gave my little girl a paint kit, a toy, and snacks while going through lease options. They had good inventory and were reasonable with our trade in. I would go there again!

This may be the worst dealership in the State. Fraudulent advertising, lecherous employees, and with every purchase, a scam. If you're buying a car, they will sell you a lemon. If you're getting repairs, they will make your car a lemon, and charge you to fix it. These people, every last employee, is bottom of the barrel scum. Cretins in human clothing.

Sam and Ali were amazing! I went to 2 different dealership before coming to LaLonde and they took great care of me! Got me the best price on a 2023 Jeep lease and had available inventory!! Not too many dealerships can say that. No need to look anywhere else, make this dealership your 1st stop, hands down best price and service! Thank you both for treating me like family! ♥️

The staff, especially Marc, was very helpful! Marc explained my repair and detail and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. In addition, he was kind and courteous and provided me with a much needed rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. I will refer LaLonde service department to all my family and friends! I live over an hour away and DEFINITELY worth the drive!! Awesome experience!!!

**There's a scam running out of here. Many, I'm sure, but here's one they're currently running: If you're under the impression that you've won anything at all from this place please look at the attached photos and my warning here first.**Hi, I'm here to save you hours & hours of your time and a lot of gas money. Writing this as of 7/27/23.Received a 'Moneyopoly' game in the mail which would suggest I have won a 60" 4k TV. Along with it, a 'confirmation code'. It directs you to call a number to 'confirm' your code. When I had done this, I was told by an automated message I had in fact won. When I called the store, I was informed that there's no strings attached, 'I should get my TV before the event ends on Saturday!' ...Now against my better judgement, I let the fact that I secondly had a human being telling me 'my doubt was justified, but that I had actually won', be the reason I went. Otherwise I never would have fallen for such a cheat. They are operating under as many layers of plausible deniability as possible, but also making actual lies. (It really shouldn't be legal what they're doing. Aside from the semantics, fine print, legally protected b.s, there are real lies told to your face. You'd agree if you'd seen what I had during my experience. I'd go as far as to call it evil- but at least morally bankrupt). Here's the big catch: Everyone sees that they've won when it comes to your pull tabs. It means nothing. A board is posted indoors which lists which numbers are actual winners. Theyll correspond to either a TV or Ipad or "All other numbers" are a small Bluetooth speaker. (Picture attached). If you haven't left home yet, reference the board and realize that youve won nothing. The Bluetooth speakers by the way are worth less than $10 and mass produced out of China. I cannot stress how cheap these are.My POV: An elderly man is walked up to the board with a representative and directed to match his code against the board. He, like almost all others, and I mean dozens and dozens of people just while I stood nearby- says: "But my card here says I won a TV!" along with the usual complaint that he'd driven at least one hour (some people had been mailed to from over two hours away mind you). All the rep had to say was a very clearly rehearsed line about how the man should now go wait by the entrance doors where they'd bring him a Bluetooth speaker because 'it must match up' -- and now that he knows how he's been duped, the pressure to have him leave begins.People funnelling in all day from all over ... Flint, New Baltimore and further... too many for the lobby to even handle! Many are nervous and excited, but most are leaning over to others to ask what the catch is, how could we all have won? A worker starts shouting at the top of his lungs, the representatives all join in unison, chanting like a chorus of monkeys (I am not joking), because one of them just made a sale on a car. It's like the way the employees come out and sing for your birthday at red robin, except more likely somebody being taken advantage of by a boisterously wealthy sales rep who dons a Rolex, designer brand clothing and will leave in a luxury vehicle at the end of the day. Clearly something to be celebrated as their monopoly grows stronger, their 'entrepreneurship' secured. As all the confused and hopeful winners stare around in confusion, many are gradually being pulled off into secluded cubicles where they are next to be given a long and fantastical runaround and promised things like a $600 check on top of their TV. It becomes clear many of these people have come from far and wide out of desperation for the fact that so many of us are struggling financially and the prospect of these prizes is nearly irresistible given the premise. These are people that couldn't afford the drive here, struggling to eat and clearly would rather sell said TV or Ipad to cov

I wouldn’t send anyone here. THEY WILL SELL THE CAR FROM UNDER YOU.I was told to throw out an offer because they wanted to get the car off the lot. We threw out an offer and didn’t hear back from Tyler for over a week. We had to call and ask for the general manager to help us with the vehicle. After negotiations over a few days, we were locked into a price and they had worked with out credit union on the loan a few days later. I asked to put down a deposit on the vehicle and they declined. Said it safe. We got you. WORDS FROM THE MANAGER The loan was final and we were suppose to go and sign the papers the next day. That very day, they sold the car from under us. Unreliable. Terrible customer service. Disloyal. Shady. There are plenty of other dealerships out there. Don’t go to this one

a day agoNEWI cannot emphasize enough how shady and fraudulent this dealership is. Like many others we were sent the monopoly sweepstake voucher where many people "won" a 60' tv, I brushed it off as a scam when I first received it until I got a call from a man name Brian telling me I had won and need to come claim my prize. Being skeptical I ask what the catch is and he replied "no catch/scam at all we have a tv waiting for you to pick up before Saturday" upon arriving to the dealership (which I drove 45 minutes to get to). I was greeted with disappointment after being hassled to trade in or buy a new vehicle and realizing there indeed was no TV but a chance to win one if my numbers aligned with the winning numbers. I would rather drive to the middle of Kentucky then ever come here to buy a vehicle if it was the last dealership in Michigan. Highly disappointed, would advice everyone to steer clear of this place for they are morally and physically repulsive.

I WILL NOT STOP doing everything I can to make sure people stay as far away from this place as possible. This tv mail in flyer is unbelievable. Anyone who is looking for a vehicle STEY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! These people are the most untrustworthy lying scammers I've ever seen. I'm going to make sure I go over and behind to let everyone know how terrible my experience was with this dealership! STAY AWAY ZERO STARS

Moneyopoly game flyer this dealership sent out is a waste of your time. Our numbers lined up indicating that we won the free TV so we called the number to verify with our code and the message said we did. Then I received another call from someone at the dealership congratulating me and my family. I then asked when we could pick it up. He proceeded to tell me anytime Saturday or into next week and gave me the hours of when they were open. Even after reading the fine print that said “no purchase necessary” and a bunch of irrelevant info, he statement sounded pretty truthful to me telling us we could pick up anytime! My parents drive over an hour to pick it up all to be told we didn’t win…How are people supposed to trust a dealership like that who lies to potential customers! Definitely will not return here even tho we were interested in a jeep…
