They lie and said should be this much then ur bill is 200 more than they said and they won’t let u upgrade they sad I could in 4 to 6 mouth was a year strongly recommend boost they suck and I have never done a review before they ruined sprint t mobile is terrible

Went there and wanted to update our phones. Didn’t care what we wanted and wants us to also pay our current bill which was 5 days old also wanted to give us the military discount which my husband does not qualify for. Will never go back to this store

I always have a great experience here. The entire team is passionate about what they do and they are fast most of all. I've never seen a line here and I've always been in and out within 15 minutes.

Do not go to this location they’re a bunch of thieves and liars, and they will make sure they spend every penny that you have do not go here do not their customer service is horrible, and they refuse to pay attention what you’re asking and they refuse to help you

I don’t usually give reviews, but I’m so mad at my recent experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to transfer from a competitor. Was giving pricing, so paid an activation fee and set up an account. Was then told the account was more and they were no longer giving me a discount. I told them I wanted to cancel and receive a refund. The store manager, Shourab, proceeded to yell at me and treat me terribly because he was mad I cancelled. He also refused to give me my activation fee back even though I didn’t open an account. I am definitely filing a complaint against him with t mobile.

10/10 Customer Satisfaction at the Imlay City T-Mobile location. Thanks Martin and Shaun for an outstanding customer experience. You both were very knowledgeable and helpful with the transition from another phone carrier that we had originally been with for over 20+ years. WORST customer service I've EVER received, the store manage doesn't even know what he's doing. I would take my business to ANY other t-mobile store. we drive an hour to specifically avoid this store and it's employees.

This store should be closed, no one can help at all even the manager shourab is no help at all, he needs to lessen to the customer first before he says anything, walking to the store with no greeting or what can we help you with at all , music is so loud to hear what he says, T-Mobile is loosing my business for that , went to AT&T store and it was a different experience. Go there to learn how to treat a customer
