The last 2 years that I have gone, I have had issues with my contacts being ordered. The order has been incorrect both times and this is getting highly frustrating at this point in time.

Would not have giving them any stars on this post but it won't let me reply without at least one. So like I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The staff, particularly the appointment, billing, and fitting teams, were unhelpful and dismissive. When I got fitted for my glasses last year, the staff did not take the time to listen to my preferences or concerns. They ordered lenses that were too strong and frames that did not fit properly, causing constant discomfort. Despite raising these issues, I felt ignored and ultimately left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and have since sought care elsewhere. I also know others who have had similar experiences and chosen to switch to different providers. I hope the office considers improving its customer service and attentiveness in the future due to continuously lose patients.

I've been coming to svs for about 15 years and to the Imlay city location for about 7 years. They have hired new staff and don't know to train them. They changed their policy on warranties for your glasses. It has to be purchased now. It was never offered to me. My daughters glasses break while she's eating dinner. Which svs glasses breaking are very common. We go up and are informed of the change. And told we need to purchase new glasses and these ones are only months old because the warrantywas never offered to me. They have lost me and my family as customers.

The customer service provided by the team at SVS Imlay City is outstanding! I've bought all of my daily and prescription sunglasses there. If you break them, they'll fix them no questions asked. I lost a nosepad and they replaced both with upgraded materials!
And, If you don't have insurance no problem either. They'll get you nice glasses at an affordable price. The girls are very helpful!

Mark Sanitate the only doctor at this office will never get another dollar from me. My 7 year old daughter was with us and innocently looked at the equipment, didn't touch it or anything and he rudely yelled at her "hey hey hey you can't touch my stuff, if you want to stay in here you can't touch anything or talk". Excuse me? My daughter can't talk in your office either? You just lost a whole family of clients and I hope other people reconsider going to this office.

I am so impressed with the level of care shown by Mary and Jessica for the patients at SVS Vision. My children have glasses and the glasses we ordered broke. When I called to get help with ordering new glasses. I was happily surprised to find out that the glasses were covered by the warranty. The new glasses were ordered right away without any hassle. Thank you for the great service.
