I called to ask a question the guy kept asking me what did I say like he couldn't hear me. So again I repeat myself and he says mam I u said u were asking about a what so I started to talk more into phone and then he gets loud with me saying I was screaming in the phone . If u don't like your job don't work there. Either you can hear me or not. What is it? They need to have some respect for people.

Worst custom service I’ve seen. Unfriendly staff. Wouldn’t accept the employee discount when every other store does. Take the time and go to Lapeer.

I would give 5 stars, but please for the love of cheese and crackers… STOP having the older cashier pressure me into a credit card I do not need. I got a 3 minute speech about a credit card I’ll never get, then asked to buy candy and she ended it with asking to donate to the FFA. Whoever is making her do this. Stop. It’s making me uncomfortable and if I see her there again, I’m walking out!!!!!! I do not want to feel uncomfortable when I’m buying freaking cat food!

Super helpful staff, Steve answered lots of questions we had about different chicken feeds. Cashier was super friendly - didn’t feel pressured into signing up for a card at all (unlike another reviewer who said he got a 3 minute pitch). Our go-to store!

I visited the place between 1-3 pm on the 24th of December.I was approached by an extremely aggressive man on my way out of the store.He threatened to harm me and ranted in terms too indecent to repeat in this review.I attempted to retreat, de-escalate, and apologize for whatever compelled him to act this way. He continued to pursue me as I walked away from the store slowly.I was on my way to be picked up by a relative in their vehicle. I was fearful for my life and believe I may have been hurt if I was alone.I have no way of knowing if the individual is a member of staff, a regular customer, or somebody else.If the establishment cannot maintain an environment of safety and accountability, then I cannot in good conscience go without recommending you pick up your supplies elsewhere for your own safety.
