I see Alice has friends posting reviews for her. Alice is a pain. I cringe whenever I walk into the store and she is working. She took my package and tossed it into a box. IT HAD LIGHT BULBS IN IT ALICE!!! No tracking number and the company never received it. Corporate UPS store and UPS have been contacted.

Alice who helped serve me today was amazing. I had so many returns today and she was so patient and kind. She even helped me with an issue I didn’t know what to do. Way to go Alice!

The two older ladies that work at this location are rude! They like to argue with customers. Absolutely ZERO customer service skills. Don’t dare walk in with more then one package because they will give you a dirty look. I will be following up with corporate.

I love this store the staff that work there are always so helpful and so nice. They always have a smile on there face and they go out of there way to help you. They are very professional just a really nice bunch of people that work there. I go to the same one all the time and feel like I know them personally. Great store great people working there.

The ladies at the desk were the sweetest people ever. They were the most respectful to not only me but my son as well. One helped with my return while the other lady let my son pick out a toy and sticker. I have and will continue to use only this location.
