Wonderful service, except that a deal I had been on the way to the store to trade in for had changed within the 15 minute drive I took there. Not the store employees' fault, however, and they did an overall excellent job and made a very pleasant experience.

I called about some home internet specifically the 5G home wifi. The young lady I spoke to told me that 5G Ultra Wideband and LTE were the same thing. I immediately got off the phone with her after that and will go somewhere else

Why is it, when I call the local store using the local Imlay City phone number, I get what sounds like some sort of overseas call center? How do I contact the local store without going into the physical store?

No help at all. I have the insurance and I got the port in my phone. Plugged up with dirt and they couldn't even clean it out. I had to go pay fifty dollars somewhere else to have it done. Took all of 10 minutes. They wanted me to go through insurance and mail my phone in and pay the hundred dollars.
