If I could give a zero star I would. A script was sent in Friday by my md. No acknowledgement, no text-yes, I'm signed up for text, and when I call I cannot speak to anyone and the automated process on the phone took 5 minutes just to get me to a voice mail box. Today is Sunday! Yes, the pharmacy is open. Looks like it's time to change pharmacies.

Asked to be cashed out at the register after no one helped me for a few minutes. The woman came over and said “you can do it at the self service.” I told her I had age restricted items and she insisted I use the self service and she’d check my ID there. The machine froze up and wouldn’t let me cash out. Stood there waiting for another few minutes and she never came back. Another employee came up a few minutes later and I had to move to the other machine and re scan everything.

I was the pharmacy 4/20/2024. I understand you guys close at 6. I arrived at 5:55 was the next car in line before closing. By the time they completed the vehicle infront of me and I pulled up it was 6:00 they shut the gate on me had no care that I was there before closing hours in line. If you get to Taco Bell at 1:59 am and the close at 2:00 they still serve you. A pharmacy deals w medication, there should be above and beyond customer service, and I had them shut the gate and ignore me as if I were not that. If you can’t take the 5 minutes before close to finish your line go work at Kroger you don’t need to be handeling peoples medicine. Do better CVS!

Appreciated the pharmacist explaining to me some pretty important information about a medication I’m talking. She was so kind that I decided to get my prescription filled there instead of at the CVS I normally go to.

I had so do an exchange without a receipt. The employee was extremely helpful, letting me use my original coupon with the item I mistakenly grabbed ( I grabbed a conditioner instead of the shampoo).

I was offered assistance today without having to seek out a sales associate. What a pleasure it was to be waited on and receive customer appreciation. 10 stars to CVS and the gentleman that was committed to helping me.

Don't go here if it's close to closing time. You will be greeted by a Cashier telling you "If you're not fast enough, my register shuts itself down at 10p.m. and I won't be able to help you." I'm very disappointed with how I was treated. I don't think either cashier knew I was there until I had to run back and grab something I forgot and I was there before closing. I still didn't get everything I needed because I was rushed.

My favorite CVS!!! Lexi and Maycee have great customer service. I stop there 4-5 times a week and they are always very helpful and friendly!

Nancy is the nicest person. She always says hello to all the customers and has a beautiful smile on her face. I love to see her when I come to the store. CVS is very lucky to have her as an employee.

Rude service, also don't go here for UPS drop off and pick ups. They will refuse packages.
