I’ve consistently had great experiences at Quest Diagnostics. The staff is always professional, kind, and welcoming, which makes a big difference—especially when dealing with something like lab work. The facility is spotless and well-organized, and I really appreciate how efficient they are. I’ve never had to wait long, and the entire process is smooth from check-in to completion. It's clear they value both cleanliness and customer care. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable, fast, and courteous service!

Super easy to set up an appointment. I generally set up morning appointments and am always seen super quickly. In and out in ten minutes. The blood drawers are always super fast and friendly. Great service overall!

I was looking for a new lab when I decided to try quest.
I did everything online and barely sat down when I was called back.
The man who drew my labs was super nice and knew what he was doing.
I don’t know how they received any bad reviews, but they don’t reflect my experience.
This is the only lab I will use.

This location is great for lab work. The staff is always friendly, and I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes.

Every single location I call, gives you no option to speak to ANYONE so if you have a question or would like to know if you can come any sooner as a walk in, theres no option to get ahold of anyone in the office. Even if you stay on hold, the phone call will hang up on you. There’s not even an option to call customer service

I am not a fan of having my blood drawn but my phlebotomy tech was absolutely amazing. I had about 13 or 14 vials of blood drawn and had no issues.😊

Impossible to talk with a real person at local branch. Called customer service, waited on hold for 10 mins and they told me to call local branch. Not user friendly or people-minded. Healthcare? Remove the word “care” from description.

Literally the fastest Quest visit I've ever had and literally the best, most experienced, least painful blood draw in my life Ever. Thank you. Lol it must be a second floor thing because this location was the first time I've never seen a Quest on a second floor.

The online appointment scheduling was easy. The self check in kiosk was also made simple by the explicit on-screen instructions. The staff was skilled and kind.
