Slowest services ever. Did I mention they are slow. SLOW SLOW and more slow. Don't bother going as a walk in they will let you sit and rot in the lobby.

I would give this place less then one if I could. They have a sigh that says walk-ins but they take EVERY APPOINTMENT before you I sat here for over 3 hours before I just left. They should be by appointment only

This is the best quest location.They are kind and professional, also great at what they do.It's much better than Lake Orion, where they lack professional experience and treat you badly.

Wow standing in office at a kiosk to get an appointment for an hour from now, pathetic. This place can lick the sweat off an old man's balls. That was for quest management. Staff was excellent ?

I made an appointment and was seen quickly, they were very kind & efficient! I was initially concerned given the reviews and low stars, but I’m glad I took a chance and came here anyway! I would recommend!!!

Usually go to a lab closer to my home, but my lab order went to Quest - so gave a try. I most certainly will return here, even with a little extra drive. Flawless app check-in. Very clean location. Phlebotomy tech (Jess) I had was awesome friendly, and professional well experienced.

On November 12th, 2021, I took my son to a local Quest Diagnostics for a blood draw. Thinking that QD workers know what they’re doing, but I had no idea at the time, that the individual taking our info did not know what they were doing and mixed my insurance info up with his: The result being months of frustration and loss of my time. At first, I received a 4 figure QD bill in March which I thought was odd, since it was almost 5 months later. I called to see what the issue was, and was told that the BCBS claim was denied because my son’s info did not match their records. I explained that the person recording the info at the local QD location did seemed to be confused about my son’s birth date. The rep at QD said that they would update the claim and it would get resubmitted go through – Four months later I received the same bill again much to my dismay, and once again contacted them to see if the issue could be resolved. This time, the QD rep told me that they had resubmitted the claim in March, but it was denied again, and it looked like the wrong info was once again submitted. So I gave the QD rep the info again, and same response – We’ll get this taken care of for you. Liar. August 5th, 2022 – I just got a notice from a debt collector representing Quest Diagnostics. After the last QD contact, I had searched for negative reviews about QD. I was stunned at finding thousands of complaints on the BBB site and hundreds of more elsewhere. Scrolling through the complaints , I immediately found many complaints like mine. Today, August 8th,2022, I called BCBS for some updates on the claims that they were receiving from QD. I was told that there were NO submissions from Quest Diagnostics past last year – so basically QD did not even attempt to resubmit a claim, they just lied to me, which is more than negligent, malicious. I called QD an hour ago and once again, they took my update information again and told me that they would resubmit and it would be taken care of. Never happened. What a surprise.

If your going to try to save money by using an automated phone system instead of hiring a living human being get one that at least understands what the caller is trying say/spell. I spent about 10 minutes on the line before the automated voice told me try to schedule online instead. I made my appointment elsewhere.

Registration system is seamless. My phlebotomist, January, was efficient and gentle. She reviewed my tests and answered my billing questions so that I knew what I was doing before I did it. Clean and spacious rooms. Overall an excellent experience.
