Vertical Drop Ski Shop is a very welcoming place with outstanding and top notch service. It provides the best tuning in the Mid west, for both race and recreational skis. The owner and staff are the most passionate, knowledgeable, and highly educated, taking time to ensure proper boot fitting and the right gear. The ski simulator is a blast for training. The kids program is wonderful. This place is for skiing only, with great service for skiers. Some note a distinctly less welcoming attitude toward snowboarders. Overall, it is an awesome shop with greatly improved services.
