Don't use the post-office if you don't have to. It's not worth it and isn't 24/7. If you order something online attempt to use UPS, DHL or FedEx. Or another service if you can.Lost packages, damaged packages, and many other issues.

I went in there to send a letter to someone that would require for a signature upon receipt. I waited in a very long line and when I got up to the person, they told me to go back and make out some form. Really? I had no idea what to do with the form. I ended up leaving because I had already waited 15 minutes to get to someone and now the line was twice as long. I avoid this place. I usually order stamps online just to avoid them. They are extremely short with you and are not helpful. I honestly didn't have any idea what to do with the form they gave me. I have to mail a package soon and will go to UPS instead only because they are helpful and don't act like I am interrupting their day.

I will never use USPS again! I've tried to contact them waiting on hold for 1 hour, since the tracking number they gave me won't work or scan, and for some reason they didn't want to redeliver my small package (a personalized pint glass). They said they cannot find my package and that a manager will call me back in 2 days after investigating it. Now I see my package is being returned to sender (Amazon), which was a Christmas present! I've had poor service from USPS before but I didn't realize this item was coming from them otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. I have never had an issue with UPS and I will make sure to pay more attention to who's delivering my packages before I place an order, even if I have to pay more.

I'm still fairly new to the Green Bay Area and I had to mail out something, so I went into the Post Office in Packerland, and the service there was excellent! Best service I have ever received at a Post Office!! Did not have to wait long in line, they were super quick, answered all of my questions and told me which was the best way for me to mail my package! I was super happy with the service I received!! I couldn't be more happier with the service I received! And they were super nice and definitely a clean place! The only reason I didn't give the place a 5 star was I took 1 star away for the parking lot, that's kind of a cluster area! Otherwise it is a perfect area in my opinion!!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Government workers at their finest. I wish I never had to mail another item in my life. Rude. Poor customer service. Avoid if possible.

Worst post office in the area. Why have a 7:30 pm drop off cut off time if you don't empty the receptacle? 90 percent of the time the receptacle is jammed because there are too many packages in the bin. There are employees there during this time but they simply do not care to empty it. I have had to return home and come back the next day. You can yell so the employees in the back hear you say it needs to be emptied, but its no use. Also my packages are not scanned consistently. I have mentioned it to the employees and all I get is attitude. Its almost like they don't want any business. It must be nice being able to not do your job and still collect govt insurance benefits.
