They said I had to purchase insurance for my phone up grade. I questioned it and they said it was how it was. I left without purchasing anything. Checked around, turns out they were either misinformed or they are not truthful. Will never be back.

Went in for an advertised deal and the guys in there tried to convince me there was $200 sales tax on a $500 phone .

This place smells like the staff smoke a pack a day in the back room and never mop. I come in annually to upgrade my phone and it always has the worst odor. I absolutely wouldn't shop here if it wasn't the only one around. Also everytime I've been in the service is SO slow. I'll probably just start ordering my phones online.

Boost mobile will lock your phone if you bring a phone from another provider and not unlock it for you. They do lock you into a contract!

I work with buzz wireless and have not had anything bad to say about this business or my phone that I have. Us here at buzz wireless are willing to help and be there for our customers. I am a customer myself and sometimes it gets irritating but it's all a working progress and patience is a virtue

WORST service ever!!! Couldn't get or send texts, calls or contact rep by phone or at local Boost store. Left and went with more reliable service and phones

Went in to get help because my card was expired and my bill was do soon. She told me she couldn't help. She said they don't do anything having to do with billing.I called customer service and didn't get me anywhere with that. So I had to called my nephew that works for T Mobile to get help. He told me to go to my Boost app. I don't know why the young lady didn't know that. Very disappointed in the customer service I didn't receive.

I have been with Boost since the beginning an the Boost Mobile in Ionia is by far the best The young lady Renata was amazing, very knowledgeable she was able to handle 3 customers simultaneously. They have the best deals an offer low cost plans. 100% worth driving from Lowell to Ionia for all my phone needs :)
