About Ionia County Animal Shelter
The Ionia County Animal Shelter provides a great and amazing experience for adoptions. The staff and volunteers are wonderful, caring, professional, polite, compassionate, relatable, and empathetic. They offer great customer service and go above and beyond for the animals. The facility has extremely clean and decently sized kennels that are climate controlled. There is a large dog run for the dogs. They have quite a few cats and dogs for adoption. The animals are very well taken care of, and they are spayed or neutered ahead of adoption. The staff is very careful and thorough with the adoption process. They are highly recommended for their loving care in finding animals comfortable homes where their personalities can come out.

Drove all the way out there only to find out that they were closed. Supposedly to a power outage. I think they were the only ones out.
