Two days ago, I got a custom interior paint that ended up being just a shade too dark. James, at the paint department, was very helpful & understanding. He did an excellent job correcting it & was super nice.

Had a washer delivered and installed and the idiot screwed up the hot and cold connections to my house. So a hot wash washed cold and cold washes hot. It was the end of a day delivery and hot and they rushed the job clearly. Don’t have them install, just let them deliver if you can. The hoses are so tight I couldn’t even fix the issue myself.

I had a really frustrating experience trying to get a refund. I spoke with someone from the online orders department who said he would transfer me to the front desk to get it processed. That’s when the problems began. The woman I was transferred to told me I had to come into the store, even after I explained that I had moved out of state. It felt like she just didn’t want to deal with it over the phone. After some back and forth, she finally agreed to do the refund — something she could’ve done from the beginning. Completely unnecessary hassle and poor attitude.

This Menard's has the worst customer service especially in the yard. The guys are just rude and don't want to be bothered to help anyone. I was there today and the guy told me to walk up and down the aisles until I found what I needed. Really isn't that your job. This is not the first time we have an bad experience in this store. The place is very unorganized and very unprofessional. We go to the store in our town where the employees care about their customers .

I love Menards for everything EXCEPT for plants and Flowers! You guys are the worst at caring for them and kerping them alive enough to even sell! You can't pay someone to water the flowers and plants? This is the 5th yr in a row that when I go to garden center 70 to 80% of your supply is dead or dying! What a waste !! Can't post the pictures i have for some reason on tons and tons of dead plants and flowers( block photos?)

We had drove from a far to get a matching refrigerator. I drove up to the pickup parking spots. The workers were already getting my order before I had got to the customer service counter. The boys loaded to refrigerator were I wanted it on the trailer. Staff is friendly and polite. We were back on the road how in just minutes. The security guard made sure we had collected the small items need for installation.
