12 minutes at the actual window, no car in front of me, in unacceptable. I'm only reviewing because it's not the first time. When there is one teller, and she is obviously helping someone else longer than 2 minutes, one of the 2 asshats standing there talking should step up! Have more than 1 teller available to work the drive-through, always! Now I am late for an appointment that was less than a minute away. Truth- your customer service has sucked for years.

only out for themselves, taking my hard earned money! I will be switching credit unions tomorrow. They charged me 4 overdraft fees when I should've only been charged with 1! Apparently it doesn't matter if you had the money for 3 out of 4 transactions. But because all 4 were taken out on the same day they just said screw you and charged me for all 4 as if I didn't have any money in the bank. I knew I was going to overdraft 1, not 4!!! I have never had so many issues with a bank. I

My account was hacked they got me for about seven hundred plus plus I had a $300 overdraft and then I got hit for overdraft fees they replace my card took care of the problem and was looking into getting my money back deposited my check the following week give me money was stolen again m1 credit Union said it was my fault I must have gave my account number to somebody with that kind of customer service I would highly not suggest banking at Michigan one

Theft, Incompetence, Rude, Irresponsible, Neglectful, Arrogant, Condescending. Drew money before due, blocked card wrongfully 5 times, Ruined Christmas and New Year's by failing to properly process paper work. The manager apologized for each infraction, and all monies made right, but I was handling an account here for a 65+ veteran, and this was his treatment right after his wife of 40 years died of cancer. If i could give no stars i would. For some reason no matter how busy this place is i have to wait 10 to 20 mins for service. Weather i go inside or to the drive thru. Only people in drive thri and still took over 10 min for someone to come to the window. The were only 4 cars here and half are employees. Whats with the hold up?
