The guy was rude the didn't add the washer fluid didn't check air pressure didn't reset oil gage didn't show me air filter for a $80 oil change I will never go back

Not happy with the service at all. Got a full service done and tires weren't even checked. I had to remind them to check the tire pressure at the end before I left because one of my tires was still lower in pressure than the pressure I asked them to put them at, at the beginning of the questions they were asking me of what I wanted done when I first came in. When shown my oil, the worker had pulled the dip stick, turned it upside down for the oil to run up the stick, then came to me and showed me the oil level (which when he came to me showed full). I asked him politely to go and dip it again and keep it level as he brought it to me. At the second time of him bringing it to me, it showed on the stick that it was 1/2 to 3/4 of a quart low. He then proceeds to tell me that as long as it's within the full line level on the stick that it's good... NEVER have I heard that in my life. So they were willing to let me leave the shop with being short of oil and that to me is unacceptable. They did put more oil in my vehicle for it to show full on the dip stick after that.

This is the second time I have went in for an oil change and left with an oil leak. I stated that it had happened one time prior and asked them to ensure the oil filter was on correctly and tight enough so I didn’t lose a ton of oil a second time. Two men “checked” and the same day it was changed it began leaking! Will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

The service is great, they don't over charge for filters, and you get a GREAT car wash free with your oil change.

The staff are friendly and kind and professional from start to finish the informed me of whatever it is that was needed to be done and they even gave me quotes and estimates before they did anything I highly recommend them if they even you want for their membership if you want to so on this visit my husband's car but I'm definitely going to be taking mine there too once I get mine back from the shop thank you guys.... I'm looking forward to visiting you guys again

These knuckleheads left my oil filter loose...after spotting oil in the driveway I properly tightened the filter. I normally go to the dealership for oil changes but didn't have time so I decided to give Performance Plus a try.........big mistake.
Dont trust this place to service your vehicles.
