Charged a lot for reseating my motherboard incorrectly and ruling out realigning the pins before I brought it up, said to just run one RAM slot instead of reseating the motherboard properly.

Excellent small business owner to work with especially during this pandemic since I was worried about finding a great business to fix my laptop. Glad he was able to fix it in a timely manner. Definitely worth the drive from my home and worth the cost to support a local small business.
