Never in my life have I had such IMMACULATE service at one place. The agent I spoke with over the phone, Krysta, was very patient, made sure to explain what my insurance would cover down to the very last diminutive detail and made me feel like I wasn’t just another client. Like I was family to her. I’d give this office, and especially Krysta 10 stars if I could. So here’s the extra 5.

Worst insurance I’ve ever gone through, customer service was extremely rude, prices can be ridiculous, and they won’t reinstate you or quote you for stupid reasons. Don’t waste your time.

I pay my insurance 6 months at a time and drive carefully. Unfortunately my wife and I had to file a claim this winter due to bad roads and a tire blowing out causing some damage to the car. My claim was improperly handled, the staff, and roadside assistance were very rude. My wife was stranded for hours. And now they're are trying to keep my money they owe me because we switched to a different company. Real poor customer service would highly suggest going else where. Check and see what your rates are at Triple A or something. This place is "cheaper" but screws you in the long run.

Been with them for 10 years and finally deciding to go somewhere else because they cancel stuff without asking they change stuff without notifications I never get my proofs I have to always come up there and get them and it seems like the people don't communicate with each other and stuff just keeps getting messed up I don't wanna pay for the s*** show anymore
