Very dissapointed to be leaving this review as I normally do not leave negative reviews but I went to this location to refill a propane tank that we rely on for heat and it was 8:45pm. The manager I believe who walked outside, I asked her if I could please get a propane refill and she told me no because she had already started her closing checklist and was on the way to shut down the propane. The store is open until 9pm, I worked in retail for 8 years and if a customer walked in at 8:59 we had to respect them and let them shop and if that meant they wanted to try on clothes, we let them take their time as they walked in technically before we closed. I am not sure why she would let customers walk in and shop still but would not refil a propane tank prior to her closing it down for the night as it was not shut down yet. I feel customers should be able to request services from a store if it is prior to closing, I would understand if it was 9pm and I was asking for a propane refill, but to begin a closing checklist prior to the store closing and rejecting customers because you are working on your closing list and do not want to have to do your closing check after close which is typical is not good service and that is why I’m leaving a 1 star review.

Management needs to monitor employees more closely. They routinely take their entire breaks occupying the restrooms preventing paying customers from using the facilities. When asked about the situation, we were informed it’s a known practice at this location. The solution is provide a welcoming, safe break room environment that employees don’t retreat from or create gender neutral bathrooms as it seems the female restroom is the choice location for lengthy employee shift breaks. But we saw how going woke worked for TSC, perhaps better monitoring and management of employees is the solution.

I can’t say enough about the customer service here. Every time I have needed help with something, the manager Dave goes out of his way to make sure it is thoroughly resolved. I have even stopped him in the middle of helping his employees in the back (with an injured foot, no less!) and he patiently took the time to help me. His manners, as well as the other employees, have always been patient and courteous. I also like the small-town feel of the place, and the employees treat you like a familiar friend. Emily has also been great, and I would like to thank her as well.

I can’t say enough about this store to be honest. They are always helpful but that easy to say, for me it’s how they love on my dogs when I show up. How when I had surgery on my foot they brought the things I needed to my car and stood in the rain explaining how to make orders on the app. And did I mention how much they love on my dogs because if I didn’t let me state that. Oh and let’s not forget how they from time to time have to mop the pee up and yet they do it with a smile. Thanks TSC crew for making My dogs and I feel welcome and always helping us out.

We absolutely love this location! Everyone is so friendly there and always helpful! There is one employee named Emily that is ALWAYS there and so animated and kind the moment we walk in. Each time I am there, she is doing a different job. I’m not sure if she is a manager (she should be if she isn’t) but she has great customer service and work ethic! I will continue spending too much money at this location ?.

I used to like this tractor supply.. but the managers must have recently cracked down on the employees for customer service. Upon walking in, I had 3 employees asking what I needed help with at the same time so I couldn’t exactly understand what each one was saying. Had another employee ask me right after what I needed help looking for, and said I was just looking. Not even 5 minutes later, I was browsing the dog food isle and had another employee ask what I needed help looking for. I tried to make it clear that I did not need assistance. Good customer service should come naturally! This was overwhelming and made me want to walk out as soon as I got there. I felt bombarded by all the employees there.

4 years ago I reviewed this location on 4 stars.NOW from Sunday evening, changing it to 2 stars cause of the cashier was too busy to check us out decent and we couldn’t get a word in for the coupon on dog treats ,, apparently her niece was there and her husband, cashier name starts with an A … bf and I were at counter for 10 minutes cause cashier was keep on messing up our check out cause she was keep on talking to her niece.

Check your dog food bags before checking out!!Purchased a bag of 4health while in the store a week ago because I was getting low. Went to open the bag of dog food tonight to discovered it had been opened at one time, as seen by the staples in the bag. Clearly this was returned and never checked over. This could lead to stale food, bacteria growth, bugs to get in or even tainted by someone. Glad I noticed this when I went to cut the bag open. I’m missing work to return this first thing in the morning and irritated at the negligence of staff along with having to miss work. This could have lead to a more serious situation causing a dog to get sick.
