I was very impressed from first walking in, to fluid conversations and updates, to giving back to the community with discount for both me and support of the Anchor Bay Boosters.

The experience I had with the staff at Auto DR was the best I have ever had when dealing with vehicle repairs. I would recommend them to anyone. As a female getting service on a car I was not talked down too or treated as if I didn't know anything the experience was a positive one. I also witnessed an interaction they had with another customer that impressed me. They evaluated his car, took it for a drive, and came back with recommendation of with the age of the car to fix the issue wouldn't extend the life of the car and it was still safe to drive. They offered the repair and left the choice up to the customer. The customer left happy with his decision. I was impressed that they didn't try to take the customers money. Auto DR has my business on the future.

Cannot say enough about the service and employees at this establishment. As long as their in business they will be getting all my auto repair and maintenance needs. Management is great, family atmosphere and honesty at its finest! Best service ever had in my 45 years of driving.

Great family owned auto shop. They have done several large repairs for us, including fixing another shops work. After they were unable to find an issue on a test drive, (which was paid for), they allowed me to come back in after noise resurfaced, re-test drove, (without additional charge), and the noise was heard. Problem was found, and corrected.

The crew at Auto DR did a great job with the warranty work on my sons Volkswagen! There was a minor delay dealing with the warranty company and waiting on parts, but that's to be expected with a foreign car. Nonetheless, the guys at Auto DR handled it with professionalism and courtesy! The shop is very clean and the waiting area is clean and nice with free coffee and cold drinks. There was even a little thank you gift in the car when we picked it up! I will definitely be a repeat customer for sure!

I found Auto DR via a Google search. Based on the reviews, I took my car in for routine maintenance and a front end issue. Received great service, quickly, and at a reasonable price! I would recommend them for any auto repair!

This place is amazing. If I could leave a ten ⭐️ review I would. Me being a female I’m nervous about going to any auto place but this one is very detailed and explained everything just off of the repair report ☺️ definitely would recommend 1,000,001 times!!!

My experience was terribly disappointing. They told me what wrong and wanted 1600 hundred bucks to fix it . They charged 60 bucks . I took it somewhere else and found that they misdiagnosed my car. I called them and they were rude. Don't ever take your vehicle there..

Absolutely THE best repair experience ever. Honest, fantastic communication every step and found way more things that needed to be addressed than what I brought it in for. So while I spent more, my car is driving like it's brand new. Then there was a thank you gift and more coupons in my car. Just a great experience! Will never go anywhere else now
