“You can go to a big chain store and have some kid with basic knowledge sell you an overpriced part that may or may not work, or go see these guys who know what they’re talking about and end up feeling like you made a true friendship. They’re well stocked for any and all automotive needs and it’s one of those places you don’t realize how much they actually have until you just go there. Richard and his team are so very helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend any and everyone to stop in here. They do so much for the community and are true car guys. “I went everywhere for help tk find someone to fix my car everyone couldnt or wouldnt even give me a min to look at it without even quoting me outrageously and bejng a single mom on fix income i needed car because i am battling cancer unfortunately and i needed a reliable car to get me to treatments to have a chance and I pulled into action Auto and without hesitation Bill and brian both helped and went through everything with me that needed to be done and priced it and they were out to get rich but they were out to help and that they did they made my car safe to wear I can drive it now for me n my kids n chance of surviving and beating this cancer... I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. Such compassion n caring people n i am forever grateful and the lord definitely will bless them... So if you need a good place that's not going to just want to get rich and not care about you or anything go somewhere else but if you want a caring place with compassion in honesty and great people who bust their butt to do all that they had to do and not even charge that much on labor I recommend action Auto to anybody and I will never go anywhere else ever again nobody will ever touch my car besides action Auto thank you action Auto for all that you done I will definitely be sending more people your way you guys are amazing and you deserve 10 Stars there's enough stars that I could give to show my appreciation YOU ROCK... ?????”
“My father gifted me his 2009 Griffin. This was his pride and joy besides my mother. He knew I would take very good care of it. After he passed I had a few problems with it . You can’t find a Saab mechanic anywhere but I believe it was a miracle I found 9-3 Auto. And it was close . I was so excited.
They knew the make and model of my car had all of the parts in stock and prices I couldn’t believe.
The part that struck me the most was the mechanics and the woman at the front counter. Her knowledge of the cars and parts are amazing. She didn’t have to look them up

“This is the best heavy equipment parts store you can shop at. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. I came in to get parts to delete the dpf in my muffler that had already been tuned out of the computer….an odd ball job. I needed a bevel clamp adapter, several styles of clamps, an elbow (very large!), and a muffler. I replaced all this for less than the dealer part. Now my scrap dpf is worth about the same as I paid to remove all the junk! ??”

Before I even finish walking through the door, someone pleasantly greeted me asking how they could help, I was then asked to pull right up/in the garage so they can immediately go ahead and start taking a look at my car so they can start completing the job. Zero wait! They were very communicative about their process along the way and how they were going to look if the tires fit and if anything is concerning regarding the fit,etc., for the best possible solution while ensuring no issues currently or down the line, along with being upfront with an incredibly reasonable price that they not only stuck to, but lowered. They got to work and it felt like I was barely waiting five minutes before they came to grab me for an update that I really appreciated - the tires fit, The brakes are a little close to the rim but nothing to be concerned about - it won’t cause issue now or later so, the only issue is the nuts for the other rims won’t fit the other tires rims, but they have the nuts I need for very reasonable price per piece/tire. I said absolutely thank you very much go ahead, and it felt like not even another 10 minutes later they let me know they were completely finished and all good to go - winter tires were on, and they put the all season tires that I drove in with back in my car, exactly as I had brought in the winter tires that they had just put on.
Amazingly reasonable prices, so much so, I almost gave them more on my own accord because I wondered if they lost money on the parts and work they did for me.
I will Absolutely be coming here for anything I need for my car, excellent shop and people!!”
