Ordered delivery dinner for us at a hotel and only received half my order...I received no explanation of why...well at least the kids are..thanks dominos for being so great...care a little bit.

We went inside to order and eat inside. They are a restaurant with Indoor seating. We were looked.lime we were aliens. We didn't order ahead online and we asked what their special was. What a crime. We decided to take the offer of a medium 3 topping pizza for $8.99. We also ordered another pizza and two pineapple and jalapeno chicken specialties. I wanted my three topping to be all sausage. Seems reasonable to me. I was told I can't get 3 sausage toppings. I can get two and another choice but not three sausage. So where's the deal? It's weird that they offer three but you can only get two of the same one. We spent 40 bucks and we were not trying to be cheap. I just don't like many pizza toppings. Not friendly. When we walked out the door, everybody saw us and no one said anything. Now it's time for my review.

I was an employee here in Iron Mountain for only a week and the manager Krystal cost me hundreds in automotive repair. My car was bottomed out on a chunk of ice holding the rear end of the car up in the air. I said twice I was worried about it, she told me to do it, said she winched people out of ditches all the time. This was different, my car was bottomed out. We towed it across the chunk of ice and it tore my exhaust off near the front end. I quit soon after because I had no means of transportation now that my car fills with exhaust fumes, making me sick on the short 10 minute drive, I'm facing homelessness now. When I'm homeless and living in my car she will be the reason I suffocate, how do you say no to your boss when you've already tried twice. You can't. I even tried asking for a ride to and from, apparently my only option was to destroy my car. I think I need a lawyer.

The online system never works and you can't contact anyone directly from the store. You can't use online coupons when you call, but the online doesn't work. Constantly having to repeat yourself to get an order correct with the online system they have in place. Can't seem to work prices out correctly. I will not be back. This is probably my 10th bad experience here and my last.

Called and placed an order because the app wasn't working. Showed up and half the order was forgotten about and we waited 30 minutes for it to be cooked. We didn't get a sorry or anything from the very rude staff. This was unacceptable!!!

Lots of bad reviews here, but I've never had a serious issue. Sometimes the pizza is a bit sloppy, but it happens when you're busy and/or short staffed.

This evening I ordered Domino's the same as I usually do. This evening though, was completely different. Tonight I ordered and waited watching the online tracker go from prepping to baking to Quality check as it said on quality check for almost an hour as it took quite a long time to even get to Quality check it became to the point of being ridiculous. I went to Domino's and our order had been sitting in that bag of theirs for about an hour they refunded the delivery charge $10 when I got home we open the box and not surprisingly the pizza was kinda cold, and the sandwich the pepperoni on it was so dry it literally crumbled into little pieces it was the definition of dry. We also ordered wings which were thrown together and just squirted with barbecue sauce nothing close to there picture. With the level of care that was put into our order I literally feel insulted. I understand things get busy and people aren't always trained the best, but I also know the difference between someone trying to do their job and someone just trying to smush stuff together and get it out the door. Now we take it back cashier he asked what is wrong with it after telling him he crumbled the my receipt and sarcastically said I'll be refunded. Still waiting for my $18 dollars to be sent back to my bank card owner gave me a site that can't be reached I wish you would just give me my money back I promise never to return

After waiting 40 minutes to call asking where my food was I was swore at by the person answering the phone several times and hung up on. When I called back hoping to get someone else he answered again and called me a c••t and canceled my online order. This is totally unacceptable. I have never been spoken to that way. I will be reporting this to corporate also
