I’ve been an Edwards customer for about 10 years. We’ve purchased 5 vehicles through Edwards so far and from sales to service, we’ve been very happy with the service and support we’ve received. In my experience they consistently go above and beyond to make sure their customers are well cared for.

Had my regular scheduled oil changes there on my 2022 Trailblazer. First one was free from GM and the second one was well over $100 dollars with tire rotation. When I scheduled third one , they said it would be under $100 dollars. After questioning why they were trying to Charge me $118, they dropped it to $103. After leaving, l called the owner about all the price differences. I also brought it to his attention that I was being charged for 6 quarts of oil every time instead of 5. Owner checked in on it and found I had been overcharged every time and said he would take care of it. He called me back and offered me a free oil change and would send me a check for the overcharges. That was the last I ever heard from him. I wonder how many other customers they are ripping off every day.

I live in northern Minnesota and was actively searching for a GMC Acadia AT4. Turns out these are difficult to find. I located one nearly 6 hours away at Edwards Automotive in Iron Mountain. I inquired by email and got an immediate response. I was able to text with Brenden, the sales associate, and go through all the prework. The next day I loaded up my 10-year-old and our puppy at 4 a.m. and made the trek. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and even brought the pup inside while we worked out the details. The sales team at Edwards is second to none! Brenden was amazing, was patient and answered every question. Josh was the consummate professional and explained everything thoroughly. We were in and out in less than two hours with the car of our dreams. If this is how they treat an out-off-stater then imagine how they must treat their local customer. I felt like part of the family and wish I lived closer just to get my oil changed there. Kudos to the team. Keep up the great work and maybe I will see you when it is time for a trade in.

In the early morning hours of 26 May, 2021; My wife and I had the misfortune of striking a doe on US2 in the UP of Michigan (near Iron Mountain). After the initial call to 911 and prompt response by the county sheriff; Edwards Automotive sent a truck to tow us back to their shop. All of their organization treated us like we were their family ( the family member that will drop everything in the middle of the night to help you on a moment's notice). When we struggled to find a rental in the immediate vicinity (we were driven to those as well, by the way), they drove us 50 miles away to pick up the only rental we could find in Escanaba (Kudos to Enterprise as well for providing a full size vehicle at the economy price). The repair job Edwards did on our little Prius was top notch(going as far as replacing my add on LED lights with LED replacements on request. If I lived in the area: They would be my absolute go-to for any repair needs; and we highly recommend them.James and Ginni GriffusExcelsior, Minnesota

I had two unfortunate situations in the last couple of weeks with different vehicles. The first was my own car broke down in downtown Iron Mountain at 11:30 on a Tuesday night. My car could not be towed and needed to be flat bedded to a local body/repair shop. Wade Edward's was on the scene 10 minutes after receiving my roadside assistance call. The second occurrence was with the rental car I had to replace my car, which had a tire blow out. After waiting in the phone for almost a hour and a half with the rental company's roadside assistance, never speaking to a human being, I decided to hang up and just call Wade. Once again, Wade came out to give to change my tire within 15 minutes of my call. He was great to work with in both instances.The first night, he took the time to help me and my dog, who was riding with me in my car, get to our local destination by around midnight. As for the tire blow out, when he realized it was on a rental and that I would be responsible for the repairs, he invited me to come into his dealership to have his team see if the tire could be repaired at no charge. Unfortunately, I ended up needing to replace a rental car tire but his staff took great care of me.Awesome experience.While I'm not certain of this, I suspect they gave me the "Friends and Family" discount. I really appreciate all his and his team's help. I'm a long way from home and it was nice to meet some people who are just good people and cared about me/us.If I was in the market for a new car, I would be very confident in giving him and Edward's Automotive my business. Maybe I will anyway!

I drove over an hour for an oil change, and I plan to do so for my next service. Being greeted when I drove in, to the full extent of the service, was all exceptional. The local hands on ownership at Edwards shows. The level of customer service is far above my local dealership.
