I have had an account with this credit union for atleast 10 years now. Only reason I stayed was because they never gave me an issue until I took out a loan through them in 2019. Not only have they been rude with me and had me paying 4x my payments but also told me that I had a "collection fee" of $7 that needed to be paid for them to release my title. Go into my bank statement and it was for the postage for them to send it to me. Do not recommend t this credit union AT ALL!! Ming you I go to the one in Marinette, WI!

Very rude staff working up front. They have made multiple mistakes without apologizing.

Great bank. Always enjoy coming here for work. Chuck is always in a great mood and it always helps motivate me through the rest of my day. May be shorthanded at times. But overall a great place to do your banking

The online banking provides a downright shabby experience, poor bookkeeping, blame shifting, and antiquated money systems. Why would anyone deal with difficult forms, and unhelpful people when an app on your phone can outperform them by 3x?

Great People serving the community with a necessary service. As a Credit Union created to serve members, Members are the priority !

If you're not a "member" of Forward Financial, the way this organization treats you is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and go with a solid local bank with a good reputation. Leadership starts at the top, the attitudes of people here are very poor. Why would I become a member when at our first meeting you were awful to my wife?

Each time I walk into Forward Financial Credit Union I don't feel like they're there to take care of me. The tellers and loan officers are not customer centric. After paying off my loan early, Forward Financial continued to debit my checking account for a loan that was paid off months ago. When I called to ask for help, I had to explain it in detail to two different people as they were each in a hurry to rush me off the phone. Verses apologizing and doing what they could to help me, they blamed it on their software as not being sophisticated enough to stop the EDT. Moreover, I was told I'd receive a call back to assist with the bounce fees they racked up, no call. I'm sure they're nice people, however... it feels more like a "good ole boys club," than a professional financial institution. The experience I have with other banks are night and day. Here I feel like they always doing me a favor, as opposed to being happy to see a customer.
